Opening/Dismantling and lowering of Clamps and interconnecting jumpers of ACSR Zebra conductor and Opening/Dismantling of complete isolator including rotating mechanism, post solid core Polycon insulator, operating box and Isolator channel after cutting earthing strip and all necessary work from erected lattice structure. Complete overhauling and repairing of 145KV bus/line/tandem isolator, manual operated 3 pole center break isolator channels including opening and proper cleaning, lubrication and greasing of each moving part, replacement rubber O-ring, repairing of interconnecting moving mechanism pipes, cleaning of solid core post insulator with cleaning agents like Petrol or other solvents etc. and all associated work to ensure proper and smooth operation. Above work also include repairing/replacement of moving potential free Auxiliary contacts in operating box and re-fixing of same on erected structure.

Replacement of all 12 nos. bearings of repute make like NBC,SKF etc. including the cost of bearing and all associated work of labour and T&P.

Erection of above overhauled 145KV bus/line/tandem isolator on already erected lattice structure including replacement of puncture Post Polycon insulator (as required), earthing, alignment of moving mechanism, interconnecting pipes etc. and all associated work including Hosting/Erection of interconnecting jumpers of ACSR Zebra conductor on suitable clamps & isolator Arms to complete work up to technical satisfaction.
