Repairing of minor complaints of plumbing and sanitary fittings including water leakage from taps, EWC”s, flushing cistern, urinals, wash basins, bottle traps etc and any obstruction to water supply in rooms/Qtrs, requiring plumber work with minor stores such as replacement of Brass spindle, M seal, Screws ,nailing , washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern, cleaning of bottle traps etc to make it functional and stop leaking of any type of plumbing and sanitary items as in day to day maintenance work and fixing of new sanitary fittings (as bib taps, pillar taps, stop cockes, Seat cover, jet spray, cistern, mirror cabinet etc), complete all as specified.

Attending the complaints of air lock from internal/ external side of GI pipes during supply hours (In early morning @ 6.00AM) & by taking down GI pipes and /or by using pressure pump in pipe where air lock occurred & resolve the complaint . After refix the GI pipe in the same location, complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

M&L for Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent granite/ plastered surface by providing silicon sealant of approved quality complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fixing in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves 20 mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, with suitable fittings fixed new line and in position complete all as specified .

M&L for Water Proofing Treatment to Sunken Floor are as under: - (a) Cleaning the surface of any description with wire brush, detecting sources of leakage/ seepages and removing/ taking down unsound treatment/ surface. (b) M&L for making holes with drill machine of dia 18mm for carrying out non-destructive waterproofing treatment to floors, sunken portion of toilet/ bathroom and junctions of floor and walls of bath/WC and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical method as hydrophobic PU grouting with first course of injection MDI based PU foam and second course of injection with PU plain all as per manufacturers instruction etc and M&L for fixing the metallic packer for hydropobic PU foam sealer as per manufacturer specification. Note : The PU foam and PU plain shall have 100% solids and solvant free and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50D. Make : PIDILITE or Equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for tile joint chemical cleaning and re-grouting carefully by washing the exisiting tiles with heavy duty tile cleaner preferbly of M/s Pidilite or Equivalent cleaner, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (White/ matching colour) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite, ROFF RTM epoxy or Equivalent as approved by GE, curing, cleaning the surface etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and desilting of sewage lines of any size any depth by pumping out /removing liquid waste/sewage ,plugging the ends pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge etc, sprinking bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements face mask etc and removing the same(silt,sludge &other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpoline to outside of MD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and flushing the sewer lines with fresh water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) for 200 mm dia pipe line

(Note: The above qty is considered for one year cleaning work will be done on quarterly basis as per plan given and regular complaint will be attended simultanously.

Cleaning the chocks/blockades in AC/CI/PVC soil waste/rain water pipe of any dia by removing cleaning eye and refixing the same after cleaning the pipe, making good damaged cement joints, dia of pipe not exc 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) From Ground floor to 4th floor of bldg.

(b) From 5th floor to 8th floor of bldg.

(c) From 9th floor to 12th floor of bldg.

(b) From 13th floor to 16th floor of bldg.

Cleaning and removal of foreign material from inside the Gully trap/WC Pan, Nahani trap, Floor trap etc including removing & re-covering of RCC/CI cover and directly buried in the ground to a distance not exc. 50 m along with spreading of bleaching powder complete one or more times all as specified and directed.

Removing/cleaning of chocks/blockages of sewage of any size between manholes at any depth including pumping liquid waste/sewage, plugging and diverting the flow in the drain if necessary using Kampti/cleaning rods, choke removing machine etc and including taking precautionary and safety measures such as use of safety belts, dry cells, torch for lighting inside the manholes and drains etc including drains manholes on either side and sewers passing hole knots disc of required size and sprinkle bleaching powder at places from where they are removed etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Jointing only cast iron pipes and fittings AC pipes in repair with cement joints for pipes 100mm dia upto ground/stilt plus 7th floors, complete all as specified.

M&L for Jointing only cast iron pipes and fittings AC pipes in repair with cement joints for pipes 75 mm dia upto ground/stilt plus 7th floors, complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches in n.exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 in depth for foundation etc or for shaffs walls, manholes pier holes etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil as specified

S&F for 200mm bore RCC pipe class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collers as specified including testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including forming cradle after they are laid and tested for 200mm bore RCC pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes 150mm internal dia, laid in trenches and jointed as specified including dismantling of existing drain pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 with soil

Removing excavated material / debries including loading /unloading, upto 50 km and depositing all per BMC guidelines, all as directed.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of internal dia 200mm, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, complete all as specified.

Taking down Cast iron pipe of dia 100mm fixed on walls and re-fixed on wall including all fittings after cleaning properly aand paint with bitumenious paint upto 7th floor of building complete all as specified.

Taking down Cast iron pipe of dia 75mm fixed on walls and re-fixed on wall including all fittings after cleaning properly and paint with bitumenious paint upto 7th floor of building complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Cast iron work grade FG 150, machined, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles machined each exceeding 5 Kg by weight complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling ad mass concrete, complete all as specified.

M&L old size Brick Work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radias in half brick thick walls, built in cement moter 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching, bed plates, coping and the like including from work and finsihing all exposed surface of concrete.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms mould, mi-tred/ stopped ends etc.

S&F as in repairs factory made RCC cover slab of size 450mm x 600mm size and 100mm thick , including placing over at directed locations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for cleaning the existing drainage/culvert including removing cover slab carefully without damaging and clean soils,spoils,vegetation,silt etc and relaying cover slabs and removing waste materials outside MD Land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair, complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete interlocking paver tiles 60 mm thick having glossy finish (colour and pattern approved by GE) (tested as per IS 1237-1980) laid over and including 50 mm thick dry sand cushioning and voids filled with dry and surface compact, including compaction by means of surface vibrator & removing of old broken tiles, complete all as directed.

Dismantling of old interlocking tiles carefully and Refixing in same location interlocking paver tiles any thickness and M&L for 50 mm thick dry sand cushioning and voids filled with dry and surface compact, including compation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of PCC paver block, chequred tiles and any type of PCC flooring by water spray and apply one coat of acrylic emulsion paint suitable for floor by using brush, complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick with grey cement & pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM (1:4) 20mm thick for laying tiles and including dismantling of old tiles, complete all as specified.

M&L for raking out random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:3 , complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs barbed razor type concertina coil,9SWG hot galvanized spring tensile wire of UTS 145 to 150 N/Sqm,zinc coating 250 to300 gms/sqm, dia of coil when un-streched shall be 610 mm having minimum of coil (GI strip) 1.625 Kg/Rm, hot dip galvanised razar ribben tape of size 0.50 mm thickness,19mm wide before wraping on central core wire fixed ith 1.66 mm thick GI clips (minimum 25 Nos/RM) and special nut and bolts to hold two coils together and extra rows parallel wire of gauge complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)
