M & L for repairing of damaged RCC Chajja, fascia, fins, roof projection, ceiling and balcony railing etc at any height upto 10.00 M by rendering 10 to 30mm thick in one or two layers as per site requirement in CM 1:3 incl hacking out old broken/damaged concrete portion, cleaning of old reinforcement etc and applying neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. (Note : rate for all scaffolding required for repairing work shall be deemed included in this rate)

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and padding over roof surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cmx 20mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in roofs, and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismantling of existing tiles with screed without disturbing the roof treatment/ bituminous felt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of "BoQ") over roof top surface finished even and smooth using extra cement and application of water proofing treatment using APP modified roof membrane over existing RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Applying hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sq M over primer. (d) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap by authorized applicators.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ) and Supply and application of 5 layer SHR waterproofing Coating System as per manufacturer application procedure on leaking concrete surface by through surface preparation with high pressure water jet min 125 bars, opening the cracks, followed by one absorption coat of Nano-tech enhanced elastomeric water proofing (NEEWP) emulsion havig UV resistance and min 50% solids, filling and sealing the cracks, then over coating with 2 coats of NEEWP + cement mixtures as water proofing coat having + 450% elongation. The surface is then to be tested for water tightness with ponding test for min 2 days and then top coated with 2 coats of SHR coating oure acrylic based, UV resistant, non yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti fungal, anti bacterial) conforming to BIS STD IS-17218:2019 with pull off adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2000 hrs accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, mat, surface coverage 3.25 Sqm/Ltr/2 coats, DFT 100-120 microns using brush, roller, airless spray guns as applicable. The product should be tested at NABL approved Lab andf application is to be done by company approved applicator only

M&L for preparation of treated surface of roof and applying one coats of aluminium paint completed all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for 5-30mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces as in ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl Hard drawn steel wire fabric wt n exc 4kg per sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcement after cleaning reinforcement by anti corrosive chemical incl taking down cement plaster on concrete surface incl preparation of newly plastered surface and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering fare face of brick/stone masonry walls in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including taking down cement plaster on brick surface or stone including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 5mm thick tinted glass fixed with necessary rubber gasket and aluminium snap beadings tint match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 3 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exe 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including cornices, by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove dust, dirt and loose scales of lime wash and other foreign material, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including filling the cracks and depressions with putty and applying one coat of white wash(tint as approved by GE) by the use of rollers complete all as specified and directed.
