Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Cleaning and de-silting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repair of steel doors, window and vantilater by electric welding replacement of necessary hinges if required complete i/c transportation of welding plant, scaffolding etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing Galvanizd MS wire mesh of apeture 1.4 mm with nominal dia of 0.63mm to wooden /steel doors & windows with necessary screw nails beading or welding after removing existing wire mesh (if any), all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Rectification / Restraining roof leakage from CGI / Precoated iron sheets / slate roofing by dismantling and refixing of sheets wherever required and providing leak stop / silicon coating / rubber based adhesive / Grouting slate tiles with Cement Mortar 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 Fine sand) mixed with water proofing compound as per prescribed ratio by manufacturer including fixing necessary screws , nails & fasteners etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

( Note :- The rates are inclusive of jhuilla , stair, ropes , safety belt, helmet and all necessary safety measures etc for safety of labour complete)

Supply of labour with necessary tools for executing misc urgent nature civil maintenance works on day to day basis all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Cleaning of manhole chamber including inter connected sewer line in BSNL compounds including removal of earth, silt, sludge, brick bats, garbage and its disposal to Municipal Corporation approved dumping site etc and spreading of disinfectent around manhole area all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(Note:- Rate includes the cost of Cleaning of manholes sewer line i/c dewatering, removal of manhole cover and keeping the same back in position after completion of job.)

Removal of chockage / blockege in W.C. Seat including cleaning of seat & disposal of waste material to approved Municipal Corporation dumping point all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Opening of choked SCI pipes by roding after removing the plug door & refixing the same with necessary rubber washers , spreading disinfectant (phenyl) etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.( Rate includes all the operation involved in the work)
