Taking down carefully by unscrewing from clamp / saddles plates air termination rods with GI supporting pipe for reuse at site or carrying the MES store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Refixing air termination rods with GI supporting pipe retrieved against item No-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from clamp / back plates strip any type for reuse at site or refixing at same or other location, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Refixing GI/Aluminium strip retrieved against above item No 3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in replacement for single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia 300 mm long including nuts & bolts for fixing air termination rod to pole/ pipe duly insulated by providing appropriate insulator all as required at site and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as mass concrete for foundation of GI tubing /Air termination rod, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Test point terminal block made of steel plate of size 75x75x6 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal. head screw, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in replacement for Aluminum strip 25x3 mm as roof conductor or down conductor or along the pole/pipe complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fiber and fixing screws all as required at site or directed. Note :- Insulators should be approved quality & backlite fixed tightly to bear winds/ rains, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix in replacement for GI strip 32x6mm, buried in ground or fixed to wall etc for loop earthing,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in replacement for Copper strip 20x3 mm complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fiber and fixing screws for roof conductor/down conductor including welding or brazing for joints all as required at site and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for tubing GI light grade 40mm bore for installation of air termination rod and watering for earthing including fixing arrangement all as required at site and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for tubing GI light grade 25 mm bore for installation of air termination rod and watering for earth including fixing arrangement all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply Errection and fabrication of bracings supports, clamp, and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts,bolts,washers for fixing air temination rod on ms sheet roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement Galvanized iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Checking/testing of resistance value of earthing of entire station within one month from the date of commencement of work. The entire station will be divided into four zones as per earthing location and the contrator will deploy seperate team for each zone to test the resistance value of earthings in each zone to complete the process within one month. The entire process will be reapeted after every three months (quarterly) upto completion of the contrac including pouring of salted water in the funnel of earthing pit is deemed in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for brazing in repair work for copper strip not exc. 2.5 cm in length and not exc. 6mm in thickness complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for funnel suitable for each pit complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair / replacement of CCR system comprising of CCR lighfts, joints, panels, cable ducts and other connected items including cleaning of equipments / lights etc as required by CCR Section by providing 02 (pers) Nos of tradesmen complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge. Note. :- (i) The work will be executed in technical area. Contractor is adivsed to quote rate accordingly and furnished datails of workers police verification and qualification to the Engr - In- Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Earth Electrodes with stainless steel box 2mm thick having dimensions 600mm x 450mm x 100mm filled with and extremly low resistivity , high conductivity, hygroscopic, non soluble, stable material and having 1.5mm thick steel plates inside having dimensions 450mm x 450 mm with terminal plate 200x40x6mm, and 2 Nos 50mm SS Sockets and Round Rod Handle on both sides complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Earth Pit cover Polypropylene, HD PVC Earthing Champer cover of height not less than 280mm Dia of bottom not less than 13'' complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for tubing GI medium grade 15 mm bore for installation of air termination rod and watering foe earth including fixing arrangement all as required complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
