Construction of Pre-fabricated Office accommodation Block at Civil Secretariat, Jammu

Providing and fixing of prefabricated structrure made up of structural steel and polyurethane foam pannels in walls with attached general washroom on ground floor. The prefabricated double storey structure shall be made up of structutal steel and PUF pannels, prepainted coloured profile steel sheets with all design parametres in compliance to all relevent latest codes of design for steel and concrete structure and shall be inclusive of all sub items given below:- The main and partition walls shall be made up of 50mm thick polyurethane foam pannels which shall consists of wall pannels manufactured in sandwitch panel system using two nos. of precast/precoloured steel profile sheets of 0.50mm thickness fitted with 50mm thick insulation of Polyurethene foam (Density 40 KG + 2 kg/cum). The wall panels will be provided with tongue and grooves joint and will be cam lock system for interlocking. All materials required for the manufacture of shelter will be new and shall comply with relevant Bureau of Indian Standard Specifications. The brand of PUF wall panels shall be got approved by the E.I.C. Windows and Ventilators :- Windows shall be made up of three track powder coated Aluminium Sliding window ( of minimum 10 gauge sections having 5 mm thick float glass panes fixed on two leaves and one leaf shall be provided with fixed flyproofing using stainless steel mesh of 1.5 mm aperature). Doors/Shutters :- 35 mm Thick flush door shutters with necessary locking arrangement of approved brand godrej/Harrison stainless steel towerbolts, handles shall be provided with appropriate 10 gauge Aluminium profile sections including all necessary fittings and fixtures. False Ceiling :- Providing and Fixing of false ceiling at all heights including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from MS sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277. The ceiling system is to be fixed to the concealed GI frame work which shall be suspened from the truss member/ roof with all necessary arrangements. The false ceiling shall be made up of calcium silicate /gypsum board tiles of size 600 x 600 mm and 8 mm thick with provision for lights. The roofing shall be provided with 0.5 mm thick pre coated steel profile sheets supposed on purlins/designed steel structural truss with provision of adequate rain water drain/pipes. The minimum prjection all around the roof should be 600mm. The sheets shall be fixed using hot dip zinc coated self drilling hexagonal washer head fasteners. the steel sheet shall be laid with minimum end and side lap of 150mm. Eaves boarding of 150mm height shall be provided with necessary frame work all around the roof structure. Eaves boarding and soffit shall be provided with ACP sheet 4mm thick over necessary frame work. TB1 122X61X3.6 TB2 145X82X4.8 , P1 75X75X4.0 TRUSS HT. 4'-0 40X6 WIND TIE OVER ISA (35X35X5) COLUMN TOP PLATE (40X40X16) ,WITH 12 MM STIFFNER PLATE. Cable End :- Cable end will be covered with same puf panels as of wall upto bottom chord of truss. The triangular truss portion shall be covered with 0.50 mm thick precoated steel profile sheets. Sunshades:- Suitable sunshades made out of prepainted coloured steel profile sheets with angle iron frames shall be provided to the external windows. the minimum projection of sunshaded shall be 450mm and 300 mm wider than the width of the opening. Under flooring :- The plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix 100 mm thick shall be laid using crushed stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size. Cement concrete flooring 50mm thick shall be provided using cement concrete 1:2:4 mix. All steel members will be provided with 2 coats of red oxide zinc chromate primer before fabrication. The complete cement concrete flooring of 1:2:4 mix , electrification, painting work hwnever required and internal sanitary works as required and approved by Engineer in charge shall be provided. Fasteners and Fittings :- The fastners and fittings for prefabricated structure shall be as per approved/vetted structural design and shall conform to relevant specifications. 450x450x25 MS BASE PLATE ,20DIA J BOLT 750 MM LONG 600 MM EMBEDED IN CONCRETE ,12MM THICK STIFNER PLATE , MB1 3000X150X8MM, MB2 145X82X4.8MM, SB1 145X82X4.8MM, DECK TYPE TR60, 125MM THICK RCC DECK SLAB , SB2 200X100X4.0MM shear studs 19mm dia 75mm long to be provided strictly by using drawn-arc stud welding with specialized welding gun. Staircase details. MB1, MB1A, MB2, MB3 SB1 , SB2 , 8 mm thick chequred plate . Finishes :- All structural steel member shall be applied two coats of red oxide zinc chromate steel primer of apporoved brand and thereafter shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint. Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement :1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundation, column footing, Septic tank, Foundation for staging.
