f- ST Pole 11 Mtr. Long.

g- 11 KV Pin Insulator.

g- 11 KV Pin with nut.

h- Other materials.

Grouting & Nuzzling of 11 KV stay set complete including fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including its grouting by civil material (Sand, Brick blast & cement). All material except stay set shall be supplied by the contractor.

Fabrication, erection of double pole for end terminations/sectional double pole, 11 KV line on ST Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like 1 nos top channel 100x50 mm 2.24 m. 1 No. Guarding Angle. Its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 plinthing 300 mm above ground level, earthing of support & one side cable expose.

Laying of 3X185 sq.mm 11 KV XLPE cable double circuit by drill method as per RESPO Norms. Only 11 KV XLPE cable supplied by Department.

Laying of 3.5X400 sq.mm LT PVC cable double circuit by drill method as per RESPO Norms. Only 11 KV PVC cable supplied by Department.

Erection, of single pole 11 Mtr long ST pole with fixing of necessary clamps, accessories required including of accessories, digging of pit and fixing of all accessories as well as grouting and plinthing of pole as per RESPO norms (S.T.Pole shall be provided by the department and all other related accessories shall be supplied by the Contractor).

Opening of all connection & Shifting of Transformer from existing old site to praposed new site with hydra machine & reconnecting all connection with labour work

Cable Hosting of 11 KV 3x185 sq. mm XLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as Per RESPO Norms. GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor.

High pressure testing of 11 KV 3x185 XLPE cable along with arrangement of High Pressure equipment

High pressure testing of 11 KV 3.5x400 LT PVC cable along with arrangement of High Pressure equipment

Earthing of TF pipe type with 60 fit deep borring and providing GI pipe 1.5: dia ( 60 fit GI pipe) and GI strip 25x5mmx6 meter long attached with clamps, L piece, nut & bolts and GI pipe Cap. All material shall be supplied by the contractor.

Construction of masonary type D.P. Box with 03 Nos. 500 Amp. Tabular fuse unit ans M.S. Angle Iron support of size 50X50X6 mm. All the civil and other material required shall be arranged and provided by contractor for completion of job as per RESPO norms along with necessary laying oF cable and making its cartage & necessary connection.

Erection of wire mesh fencing 02 Mtr height with a gate and with retaining wall including grouting of Fabricated M.S. Angle 65x65x6 mm support. Painting of fencing/support with all material as per RESPO Norms.

Construction of masonary plinth suitable for & up to 400 K.V.A. Transformer of size 2X2X1.5 Mtrs with complete civil materail complete in all respect as RESPO norms.
