Plywood edges to be smoothened and corners rounded complete as specified and as directed. Note:- Tightening of existing frame after replacement of parts as mentioned in this item included in this item before replacing of plywood.

Removing of following existing unserviceable long rail of charpoy carefully and S& F of new long rail including tightening of joints , placing every part in tact as per drawing and as directed.

M&L for removing the old unserviceable back of Chair Writing Steel & S&F of new back of same size made of 12 mm hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam 50 mm thickness with PVC lipping all around along with welding of of mettallic rail structure where required and shall be fixed to the rail with screws 4mm thick alongwith washers as per sample approved complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing the old unserviceable seat of Chair Writing Steel & S&F of new seat of same size made of 12 mm hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam 50 mm thickness with PVC lipping all around along with welding of of mettallic rail structure where required and shall be fixed to the rail with screws 4mm thick alongwith washers as per sample approved complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing the old unserviceable handle / armrest of Chair Writing Steel & S&F of new handle of same size made of black integral skin polyurethane with reinforced MS insert and shall be back fixed to the rail with screws 4mm thick alongwith washers as per sample approved complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing the old unserviceable Cantilever type MS tubular frame of Chair Writing Steel & S&F of new frame of same size and shall be back fixed to the Chair writing steel as per sample approved complete all as specified and as directed.

CHAIR VERANDAH (FD -19 M/ FD-359)

Re-canning of chair verandah after removing the existing cane and to carry out necessary welding and repairs wherever required and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and weaving with new white plastic cane of approved quality with 3.5 to 4mm wide half round type for seat and back and fixing 04 Nos of hard rubber shoe/PVC shoes for legs of 20 mm dia after removal of old existing /unserviceable shoes complete all as shown on drawing and as directed. All as per item No 17.01 but back frame , complete.

Taking out old unserviceable/damaged hand rest from its position and S & F new hand rest made out of 20 mm thick teak wood plank in one piece on hand rest and applying two coat of black French polish with glossy finish over wood filler over a coat of primer on all exposed new wooden surfaces after preparation of new wooden surface before canning complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

S & F new mild steel cleats of flat iron of size 25x3mm with drilling holes for fixing with MS screws to seat and back frame of each chair frame to support to seat/back wooden frame including applying two coats of synthetic enamel Olive Green/Grey colour paint over a coat of red oxide primer Complete all as specified and as directed.
