Demolition of plain cement/Asphaltic concrete in ground floors n. exc. 15 cm in thickness (below or above GL)unreinforced and removing debries out side of MoD land. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulders masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, pillars etc but excel ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls or ceiling etc incl. Raking out joints , hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 80 mm thick, M-40 grade machine pressed rubber form moulded precast interlocking concrete coloured (Red/yellow) paver block in any shape and size with grey cement and pigment as approved confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified

M&L for Providing, cement concrete in roof/side kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges making good disturbed surface of ground complete all as specified and directed.(TypeB-0 1:2:4 12.5mm graded aggregate). Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), in cluding all mouldings but excluding frame in repairs with cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) (12.50 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified.

M&L brick work with old size brick, sub class B brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

S &F M S Work in post and struts in fencing inc cutting top to shape ,drilling holes,notching for wire etc,flat iron fillets inc all necessary drilling,bolting or rivetting and similar work cofirming to Fe -290 Gde E-165. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type weighting complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire →

S& F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long dia of shank 5 to 10 mm

S&F for mild steel round bars, 8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking binding spirally, hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality conforming to Fe-410W Gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparing plastered or unplastered new surfaces of walls/RCC Jalli and applying two coats of Exterior grade Premium Acrylic smooth paint weather proof emulsion paint of (white or tinted) including one coat of exterior primer Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M & L for Preparing plastered or unplastered old surfaces with complete removal of existing treatment of walls/RCC Jalli and applying two coats of Exterior grade Premium Acrylic smooth paint weather proof emulsion paint of (white or tinted) including one coat of exterior primer all as specified .

Demolition/Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Prepolished coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm/ 30cmx30 cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment, in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 5mm thick ACP wall cladding sheet in colour as directed by Engr-in-charge fixed on MS frame . The size of each panel not exc 1.5sqm. MS frame to be fixed on walls, chajja and fasad with Min 08 Nos GI fastener 5" long per 1.5 sqm, including all necessary repairing work as reqd, two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, including weather sealing sealent, masking tape, including cutting of V groves to fixing moulded ACP sheet self-tapping screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-1.Work to be carried out upto four storey bldg with MS scaffolding not bamboo. 2. MS frame should be fixed on wall after painting.

Dismantling plain /corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thick ness including Nainital and similar pattern complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and directed..

S &F Joist, channel, flats,angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated Fe-410-W(Gde E-250)quality B. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc of Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground embedded in Concrete. complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any. complete all as specified and directed.
