Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil including carriage including loading and unloading upto 3km.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing Wooden plastic composite panel with necessary screws/ nails on one face, and fixed on wooden frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (Frame work shall be paid for separately) 23 mm thick WPC Panel.

Providing and fixing PVC panel with necessary screws/ nails on one face, and fixed on wooden frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (Frame work shall be paid for separately).

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position: Budloo / Fir wood.

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 meters lead.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters upto 10meters span and 5 meters height including stacking the material within 50 meters lead Of sectional area 40 sq cm. and above.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot &double action hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).
