Material and Labour for preparing of black top surfaces by brushes with wire brushes for removing caked mud of surface etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc

Repair to pot holes any depth n. exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, water scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming ( incl supply of road metal ) complete all as Specified and directed

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area exceeding 400 sqm ,exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 50 mm deep complete all as specified and directed,

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 as binder @ 4% by weight of total mix using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed.

M& for applying a priming/tack coat of bitumen primer @ 10kg/10 Sqm of VG-10 grade bitumen,completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix aphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content(VG 30) of total mix by weight rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient,by using 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and average 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/losse soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Broken bricks, Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as Specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road Marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions,complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd bearing weight of 10 tonne (appx) fixe as per manufacturers instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.
