Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of poles, stays or for taking out/laying of cables and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified .

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M & L for sand cushioning to underground cable with clean dry river sand complete all as specified. (Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured & Paid.)

Supply & Laying of sub class 'B'bricks locally available best quality laid flat (length of bricks laid across the length of cable) in trenches for protection of U/G cable complete all as specified .

Hiring of cable fault detector, to detect exact position of fault for XLPE /PVC LT/HT cable, 1100/11000 Volts grade heavy duty aluminium conductor of any size including to and fro transporting charges etc. complete all as specified .

S & F Straight through cable joint kit for LT UG cable of 16 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Horizontal boring in soft/loose soil/under roads of any width by manual arrangements for inserting GI pipe up to 100mm bore for passing cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & laying GI steel tubing, of size 50mm bore galvanized light grade bores, for passing LT/HT cable under road or PCC floor or fixed on wall/on pole or drain etc or whenever protection is required including necessary clamps and nut bolts with GI fitting complete all as directed and specified .

Supplying, laying, commissioning & testing LT underground cable of size 4 Sqmm 2core 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty, armoured with multi stranded aluminium conductor all as per IS 7098(Part-I) 1998, laid in trenches, ducts, pipes or on poles etc including cable gland, cable lugs, jointing, supporting clamp complete etc of the under mentioned type of size including taking out existing cable and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.( excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separatly)

Disconnecting electrically incomming and outgoing LT UG cable of LT panel of any size and replace burnt/unserviceable suitable size of aluminium bus bar, Welding work for hinges and doors, fixing the locking arrangement including scraping internal and external side of LT Panel and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamelled seimens gray spray on internal and external side and reconnecting LT UG cable with fixing aluminium lugs by using crimping tool, nut, bolt washer etc and all necesary work required for smooth functioning of LT panel complete all specified and directed.

M & L for installing, testing and commissioning of factory made bus bar chamber comprising of 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of 200 Amp rating supported on insulator and enclosed with sheet steel enclosure out door type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, with top edge tappered, dust and vermin proof , having locking arrangement at front and opening arrangement from front & rear both including fixing arrangement on pole/grouting in floor, with colour coded FRP with compression cable glands for entry & exit of cables, powder coated complete all specified .

M&L for Indicator lamp LED type (R,Y,B) complete with bakelite fuse complete all as specified . Make L&T/KEYCEE.

Labour for cutting/ trimming of tree branches up to 80mm thickness along the alignment of LT /HT over head electric line which are going/ touching or falling on ACSR conductor/ poles or near by sub stns etc at any height from GL and making at least 1.5m clearance from outer electric conductor and cut down branches removing to a distance up to 100 metres where directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- (i) Trimming of the branches on one sides of the conductor. (ii) actual length of cutting will be measured. (iii) The distance as mentioned above will be maintained during contract current period & same location subject to at least 6 months period between two trimming/leaping. (iv) Measurement will be taken including all conductor as one only.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metre deep below normal ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron strip of size 25 x 4mm connected to main test point as directed as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron protected by 40mm dia (medium grade) GI tubing, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore GI tubing (light grade) watering pipe, including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab of size 350 x 350 x 50mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c in both ways and 10mm dia MS handle (01 No) of suitable size for lifting of cover slab, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil all as shown in Electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion complete all as specified .

Supply & fix in replacement of ACB, 4 pole, 1000 Amp, 415V 50Hz with Microprocessor based SR18G, EDO, C - power Draw -out ACB, including under voltage, rating breaking capacity 65 kA,with connection and testing complete all as specified . (Make :- L&T /Legrand/C&S.)

Servicing/Repair the ACB of various Capacity of outdoor/indoor type, tripping circuit and resetting trip values and the nuemerical relays and checking tripping machnism fully by engaging well experianced technicians as per manufacturer recommendation and complete all as specified .

Taking out old US/damaged LT Panel at site and making good disturbed surfaces etc complete all as specified .
