Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 75 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Roof Closing for Escalators & Staircase and Structural Glazing

Design, supply, fabrication and installation of roof closing for escalators & staircase including the Architectural design and execution of all associated civil works such as support structures,foundations, rainwater collection system like gutters, gutter supporting system and drainage pipes etc., The main members shall be grouted in existing cement concrete / granite stone shall be cut with floor cutters and re-laid with new stone pieces including grouting of joints with white cement, pigment along with polishing etc., The whole structure should be able to sustain a wind pressure of not less than 200km/hr. Necessary slope in the roof structure to be considered for drainage with either rain diverters or gutters. The Structural member and Roof covering material should have a life span of minimum 25 years and should be weatherproof. Before the Start of works, design of the roof system should be approved by the competent authority. (a) Providing, fabricating tubular rolled sections transporting, erecting and fixing in position at all levels of steel work conforming to IS 4923 of Grade Yst 310/Yst 240 including procurement & testing of all raw steel materials, all grades of bolts, nuts & washer, fasteners, fabrication, joining, welding, threading, sleeves etc.Allowance for all types of wastage's, straightening, cutting, bending of section wherever specified, drilling holes, bolting provision of necessary tools, testing etc. The rate shall also include required surface preparation (Sand Blasting) and for application of Zinc Epilux or equivalent primers, and two coats of PU paint as per specifications.
