Distmantling and taking down old insulator any type any size, any make from cross arms/poles etc, complete all as directed.

Material and labour for removing existing stone aggregate mixed with soil for an average thickness of 15cm, screening stone aggregate for re-use, removing grass roots etc, laying a layer of lime for 50mm thick and then re-laying stone aggregate obtained from screening complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point all as specified.

Supply and filling for dry sand in cable protection trenches before and after the cables are laid, for sand cushioning to cables complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : thickness after punning of sand shall be (minimum as specified in SSR) measured and paid in this item.

Material and labour for brick protection for UG XLPE cable with burnt clay old size sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not more than 10mm and width equal to length of brick in trenches across the cable complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Best quality locally available which is duly approved by GE.

Material and labour for 40mm size stone aggregate laid in layers as directed around electricals installations complete all as directed.

Supply and laying, connecting, testing, commissioning HT UG cable XLPE Insulated,armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 with aluminium conductor multi-strand of cross-sectional area 90 Sqmm 3.0 Core laid in trenches / ducts/ inside protection pipe including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips etc.including taking out old unserviceable cable all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Material and labour for servicing/overhauling of indoor HT VCB's vertical isolation type of capacity 630/800 Amps of Make : AREVA after removing contact unit from panel cleaning, greasing of all moving parts, tightening of nuts/bolts and removing dirts, carbon deposits and adjusting spring tension, tightening all cable connections, replacement of broken connectors, checking of vacuum bottles, meagre testing for IR value, checking of complete AC/DC wiring, replacing unserviceable wiring as required including replacement of worn out/unserviceable parts etc all as directed. Note :- (a) Replacement of worn out/unserviceable components/parts etc Shall be measured and paid separately as Supply only under respective items here-in-after. (b) Servicing/Overhauling of VCB to be carried by engaging authorised service engineer of manufacturer.
