Earth work in excavation by mechanical means( hydrolic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto any leads and lifts. The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete work of grade M-25(M-twenty five )design mix to obtain the minimum crushing strength of 25 N/mm2 (twenty five Newton per millimeter square ) with minimum cement content of 400 kg (Four hundred kilogramme ) per cubic meter mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforced concrete work in foundation,footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete in all depth/heights including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification clause for grading I material including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand:eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm( forty millimeter nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all heights / depths including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 100mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block m,aking machine with strong vibratory compactiion of approved size, design and shape, laid in required colourand pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints wih line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
