INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Material and labour for point wiring complete all as specified with 1100 Volts grade 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694:1990 with ISI marking (for Phase, Neutral and Earth) in and including non metallic PVC rigid conduit medium grade of size 19mm dia with all accessories concealed in wall / ceiling including continuous earth wire 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed 1100 Volts multistranded copper conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly including factory made branded modular metal flush boxes concealed in walls and modular white plate covers for mounting of modular switches/sockets/fan regulators etc complete all as specified for the following :

One light point controlled by one switch.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing factory made, prewired Vertical type distribution board, (MCCB DB) TPN, 6 way, having degree of protection IP 43-IK-09 with metal double door, 415 Volts, flush type made out of CRCA sheet metal, duly powder coated and conforming to IS 8623 with 250 Amps rated copper bus bar all as per Cat No.DHDLVDRWAOFO06 of Havells or 5077 46 of Legrand or 811894 of Indoasian or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes with common neutral link earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs, terminal connectors for all incoming and outgoing circuits, duly prewired with adequate size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor upto the terminal connector/ neutral link, earthing etc as required complete concealed and fixed flush to wall and making good the disturbed surfaces etc., complete all as specified and as directed. ROAD & PATH

Supply and Fix road studs (cat eye) two way reflective type of size 100mm x 100mm x 26mm, made out of ABS Engineering plastic, dynamically designed having high impact strength all as per Model No. ECO 32 of Dark Eye or equivalent of other specified makes and fitted with 2 Nos. highly reflective reflectors on both sides, fixed with epoxy on bituminous /concrete surfaces as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5mm thick of white, golden, yellow or black colour not exceeding 10cm width as required and confirming to BS 3262-1989 including reflectorising glass bead @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm as per IRC:35(1997) and as per Clause 803 of MORTH specification with special applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoe heater with heating arrangement up to 160°C, driven by experienced operator all as per manufacturers' instruction etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix road delineators as per IRC-79-1981 (road way indicators) dual directions, retro reflective, round delineator made out of 16 gauge MS pipe 75 mm dia and of height 900mm duly powered coat painted and provided with three reflective band of colour red, white and yellow colour, 150 mm wide and 50 micron thick and protected with welded wire cage including necessary excavation of size 300x300x450mm and PCC (1:2:4) type B2 foundation complete all as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Cutting the existing 100 mm GI pipe line and inserting new tee 100 x 100 x 80 mm for branch connections complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Construction of valve chamber of size 900 x 900 mm (Internal size) 900 mm deep with 200mm thick PCC block masonary walls built in CM 1:6 over 100 mm thick foundation concrete in PCC 1:4:8 type D2, (Using 40 mm graded coarse aggregate) with 100 mm off set, 15mm thick complete internal plaster and external plaster up to a depth of 15 cm below GL in CM (1:6), 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, double door welded to 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm MS angle frame fixed with hold fasts in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping 50 mm thick in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 20mm x 6mm flat iron hinges with locking arrangement including lock 65mm, brass and keys (Godrej/Shell), MS handles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all steel surfaces including excavation & earth work in any type of soil /soft disintegrated rock and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix of DI D/F Gate valve (Soft Sealed) Resilient Seated Soft Sealing gate valves 80mm Dia (Sluice valves) with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG-40/SG- 400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per IS 3896 - Part 2- 1985 and subsequent revisions, Wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM Food grade quality and Seals of NBR and the valve should be vacuum tight and 100 % leak proof with face to face dimension as per BS 5163-89/IS 14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4. and Valves should be electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage class PN 1.0 including all jointing materials ( Gasket , Nut bolts etc) connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, install , testing and commissioning, factory made and tested , CPRI tested LT panel board outdoor type weather , vermin proof, cubical type platform mounted ,suitable for 415 volts,3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed, with necessary insulated bus bar arrangement of 4 strips the panel should be dust proof, IP 54 class protection and made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel outer sheet and min 1.6mm thick inner partition sheet with 50x50x6mm angle iron frame with necessary earth work excavation hinged doors front and rear opening and locking arrangement and duly powder coated on the out side and inside , cable glands and lugs for incoming and outgoing cables etc. independent chamber to accommodate with earth terminals on two side complete all as specified and directed including following accessories :- Note:- PCC Foundation shall be measured and paid under relevant items.

Material and labour for Fabrication and installation of GI pipe bracket made of medium Grade GI tubing of size 40mm dia, duly bended by hot forgoing after filling of sand, length 1.20 mtr including providing two pair of MS flat strip clamps 40 mm x 4 mm with GI bolts nuts and washer complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix hot press moulded SMC junction / terminal box of size with internal dimensions of 200 x 140 x 95 mm with hinged door, incl provision of 2 way connector 415 Volts made out of polycarbonate or Bakelite and 1 No MCB of 6 Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming and or out going cables by providing suitable of size of cable lugs/glands, fixed on pole by means of clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25mm x 3 mm including dismantling of old unserviceable all as specified and as directed. EARTHING

Supply and fix 20mm dia gun metal Non return valve, ISI marked screwed at both ends for iron pipes and fixed and complete all as specified and directed.
