Dismantling & Removing carefully Old unserviceble LT cables/ Service cable of size 16 sqmm to 35 sqmm from LT Pole to MCB DB complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement ,of size 450mm x 450mm x 300mm with 4 Nos 200 Amps aluminium bus bar and with 100 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 25 KA, 415 Volt 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the Bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Bus bar chamber. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed of following sizes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge:- Note :- Excavation and earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule/BOQ.

Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.1 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized Iron Strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Supply & Fixing KIOSK box weather proof made out of PVC, one piece moulded SMC base and out door pole mounted hinged door size 333 x 233 x 120 mm out side and 300 x 200 x 105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminum bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amp and 6 Amp MCB SP with base for controlling the street light, FI clamps 30x4 mm with necessary MS nuts bolts and washers including embossing/painting of Danger notice of size not less than 10 cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply drawing, connecting and testing of 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed copper conductor (flexible ) industurial cable, 1100 Volts conforming to IS 694 in steel tubular poles from KIOSK box to street light fitting including providing suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Material & Labour for HDPE pipe suitable for 5 kgf/cm 2 working pressurewith all fitting , laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. of following sizes

Material & Labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) 250 mm Thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply & Fixing time switches astro type in having longitude and latitude of Indian cities in memory 415 V three phase 20 Amp rating with 20 Amps, 415 Volts, three pole contactor fitted inside factory made 2mm thick steel enclosure duly powder coated paintcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply & Fixing sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means upto 0.90 mtr depth from ground level suitable for passing of HDPE pipe 50 to 110 mm bore and making good both ends all complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.
