Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete (1:1½:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs for drains, man holes etc., using necessary form work set in CM(1:6) including placing the cover slabs after they are casted, set, cured and tested completely at required locations without causing damage to either slabs or to other existing structures complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, exposed surfaces of concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and removal of debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made up of (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), masonry exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of synthetic primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls/concrete surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint after filling the cracks/holes and levelling the undulations if any with cement putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls/concrete surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of first quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing of any type and any description and in any position including clearing away all grass/vegetation/shrubs/roots and trees not exc. 30 cm girth and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 5.0 Km outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel galvanised PVC coated chain link fencing, 3mm nominal dia of GI wire, 1.4mm thick PVC coating and average area of aperture 25 Sqcm with weight of chain link not less than 2.0 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm dia mild steel round bars cut to length, bent to shape required to be used as stiffeners in chain link fencing, fixed independently to angle iron posts conforming to Fe 410 (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 5 cm and dia of neck 16 to 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as gates, grills, gratings, etc., with ornamental and intricate design, ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 including portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

M&L for glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, made of grey cement and pigments, machine pressed as in flooring, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, glossy finished, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-40 grade, made of grey cement and pigments, any pattern, laid in floors, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand (river sand) filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:1½:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing/ path/ pavements etc., including necessary form work, surface of concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete hard standing/ path/pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and as directed.
