M&L for burnt clay brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of U V Reso make istant Elastomeric Exterior Axcrylic Weather resistant water proof coating of Shalicryl-215 or equivalent approved make. Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and Paving not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level ) and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection to cable with well burnet sub class ‘B’ bricks laid as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection laid in trenches in road crossing or fixed to wall/Pole including fittings /clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 40,926.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
