Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar. including coping but except ashlar facing dressed stone work to precast concrete article complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation & getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated materials exe 50 and n.exe 250m complete all as specified.

Returning filling in layers not exceding 25mm thick in loose/soft soil complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone agg) as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Brick works with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L half brick work with sub class B bricks staraight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr means redious built in cement morter 1:4 complete all as specified.

M/L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces in cement 1:4 and finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping,lintels upto 1.5 m clear span,steps,bands,plinth course,string course, parapets & railings upto 60cm in height repair similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in column, beam , lintel etc similar work including form work complete all as specified.

M & L steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut ot length bent to shape required including cracking bending spirally for hooping columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less 0.9mm dia or securing with clips and directed.

All as per item No 11 here in above but 6 to 8mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mildsteel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel framed work such as fencing angle, grill, grating with end of bar and or riveted,framed guard bars, barred iron doors,window, ladders, railing, framed work for water tank , small articles as hold fast, wall ties hooks, ans similar small articles confirming Fe 290-0 Gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed

M & L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface.

M& L for preparation of new plaster surface and applying two coat of cement based paint over one coat of chalk white primer surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs galavanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straning and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pin etc. complete all as specified and directed. (eachline wire to be measured)
