Supplying, Laying and Jointing of 315mm dia UPVC SN8-SDR 34(S 16.5) Pipes for use in Underground Drainage and Sewerage System as per IS 15328/2003 Pipe including laying pipes and specials in trenches to proper grade and alignment and as directed by the departmental Engineer-in- charge. 315mm UPVC Pipe - Depth upto 2.00m

Supply of Special and Valves etc Complete., 90 Degree Bend

Refilling the trenches with suitable excavated earth available along the alignment after the pipes & specials are laid, jointed & tested in layers & watering, ramming & consolidation directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of surplus earth including loading and conveyance within a distance of 5 km (basic cost of earth is zero) including loading charges and Conveyance Charges of 5 kms distance.

Barricading work (Where, there is less traffic areas and broader roads etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in three rows including painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including fixing charges and fixing 75mm dia reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by the Departmental Engineer.

Providing and laying ,spreading and compacting 0.396 m3 of 45- 22.40mm & 0.528 m3 of 22.40-2.36mm & 0.396m3 of 2.36mm and below metal graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM ) soecification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Replacement of Underground Utilities damaged during earthwork excavations for pipe laying works including cost of additional earthwork excavation in all soil strata, including BT/CC road cutting, removal of slushy soil and replacing the pipeline with sound pipe, including supply and delivery of pipes, coupler, Union, jointing materials and required specials, cutting, threading, conveying , laying, jointing and cost of refilling for the additional earthwork etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers. 110mm PVC (6ksc)
