S&F pre-laminated particle board 18/ 19mm thick, interior grade pre-laminated on one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws as in cupboard shutters and shelves etc. fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP modified prefabricated polymeric membrane, 3mm thick of weight not less than 3.6Kg/ Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt, black finished on cold sticker and torch application of membrane with 10cm over lap after necessary preparation of roof surface over 10mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) when concrete is green with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions including water proofing treatment consisting of the following all as specified :- (i) One coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg/ Sqm. (ii) One coat of bonding material of blown type bitumen of grade 85/ 25 heated with working temperature of 180 degree and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square meter of the surface area. (iii) A layer of APP modified polymeric membrane of specified thickness and weight. (iv) Top most layer of surface finished with one coat of heat resisting aluminium paint. (v) Rate of WPC shall be inclusive in the quoted rate and nothing extra will be paid.

Demolition of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises to outside MD land etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm stone graded aggregate as in plinth protection including filling of joints by bitumen and sand in ratio (1:2) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified light shade coloured ceramic tiles 8 to 10mm thick (Square/ Rectangle) area of each tiles n. exc. 0.36 sqm in floors etc.; set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 53 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers as in steps etc. laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) complete.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floor finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.11 Sqm but n. exc. 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 56.00 above for work on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers as in steps etc., laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but n. exc. 0.11 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 350mm x 250mm x 7mm/ 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick laid on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tile laid over and including 15mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20mm thick as in flooring laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6); laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls etc. including racking out of joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with PIDI PROOF LW compound @ 200ml per bag and finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this BOQ.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar in two coats on fair faces of brick/ concrete surface, 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and setting coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
