REPAIR TO PATH, HARD STANDING AND FIRING RANGE AT AF STATION ARJAN SINGH UNDER GE (AF) PANAGARH

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness below or above the ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core (broken stone) of gauge not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size approved by GE, ISI marked (IS:15658-2006) of 60mm thick, M-35 grade (Medium/Heavy Traffic), in paths and hardstanding,with grey cement & pigment, laid tightly over & including 50mm thick dry sand cushion (compacted) and joints filled with dry sand, colour and pattern as approved by GE after demolition/dismantling of existing unserviceable/broken precast concrete interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) After interlocking paver block work cleaning the surrounding area by the contractor by own arrangement (ii) No works of this item shall be executed within Defects Liability Period of old contract.(iii) Original purchase voucher of the item shall be submitted by the contractor to Engineer-in-Charge before taking any payment.)

Fixing only serviceable machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size of 60mm thick, M-35 grade (Medium/Heavy Traffic), in paths and hardstanding,with grey cement & pigment, laid tightly over & including 50mm thick dry sand cushion (compacted) and joints filled with dry sand after obtain from existing serviceable precast concrete interlocking paver block during dismantling of existing paver block complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) laid in panels and forming construction joints of 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade-'A' as in path and hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement including filling joints with bitumen and sand mix after demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.(Make of sealing compound:- Pidilite /SIKA/IWL India Ltd/ Fosrock /Chowksey Chemicals /Hindcon (Note: Cost of sealing compound grade-'A' shall be included in this item)

Labour only for removing of existing sand from firing range and old existing sand bags, screening and separating of re-usable material and spreading, levelling of re-usable sand duly mixed with fresh saw dust and sand mix (1:1) and filling in gunny bag/HDPE bags with saw dust and sand mixed in proportion (1:1), stacking and leveling upto reqd height around embankment of firing range complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Existing old sand bags obtained from firing range before screening will be entered in measured book by stack measurement as 'NOT TO BE ABSTRCT' and labour charges for mixing of new saw dust and sand are included in this item and paid accordingly)

Supply only gunny bags/HDPE bags for filling with saw dust and sand, stacking and leveling upto reqd height around embankment of range complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Mix of saw dust and sand (3:2) will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only approved sand for forming embankment of firing range vertical bund with slopping face complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Stack measurement of approved sand (loose quantity) shall be entered in measurement book as 'NOT TO BE ABSTRACT' before making payment to the contractor)
