Terracing consisting of tiles 22.86 cm x 11.43 cm x 3.81 cm laid over 87.50 mm mud filling on a layer of 25 mm mud plaster and an other layer of mud mortar for laying the tiles, including two coats of bitumen laid hot at 1.65 Kg per sqm ontop of R.C.C. slab including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:3 and top surface to be left clean etc. (HSR 13.13)

Providing & Fixing PVC Rainwater Pipe 6 kg. pressure of ISI mark in cement mortar during masonry work. (Note:- Reputed make PVC Pipe such as Supreme, Finolex, Prince will be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge. (HSR 13.89 (a) 100 mm dia PVC pipe 6 kg. pressure. Note:- The Agency to whom the work is alloted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

Providing and fixing PVC Bend ISI Mark. (Note:- Reputed make PVC Bend such as Supreme, Finolex, Prince will be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge. (HSR 13.90 (a) 100 mm dia PVC Bend. Note:- The Agency to whom the work is alloted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

Providing and fixing false ceiling without grooves with 12mm to 15mm thick 600mmx600mm best quality mineral fibre tiles of approved make fixed on M.S steel runners frame i/c cost of screws angles, clats, rawel plugs, with taping and painting, etc complete in all respects as approvded by the Engineers. (HSR 13.92)

Providing and Fixing vitrified tiles of 600 x 600 mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1.3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles (HSR 14.89) Note: - Tile shall be to premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJA-RIA, SOMANI, ORIENT, JOHNSONS & RAK

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles condirming to I.S 15622 (thickness to by specified by the manu-facturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades complete. b) size of ceramic glazed tiles 300 x 450 mm NITCO, KAJA-RIA,SOMANI, ORIENT & JOHNSONS shall be used as approved by Engineer-In-Charge. (HSR 14.92 (b) Note:- The Agency to whom the work is alloted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

Cement pointing 1:2 flush on brick and tile walls. (HSR 15.62)

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR/FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC including Straightening, bending, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights/depths /storeys/ basements etc. (Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing, shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement). (HSR 18.22).

Public Health Work Constructing brick masonry inspection chamber sizes as given below upto 0.60 metre average depth in cement mortar 1:5 lime concrete with 40 percent limer mortar 2:3 in foundation cement concrete 1:2:4 benching 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:2 with a floating coat of 1 mm thick of neat cement R.C.C. 1:2;4 slab 100 mm thick./C.C. topping 50 mm thick with 455 mm x 455 mm 610 mm inside light duty C.I. inspection chamber cover and frame weight as per I.S.I. specification painted with 3 coats of black bitumastic superior paint coplete as per standard design. (HSR 29.84 (b) Size 450 mm x 600 mm in side (with 455 mm x 610 mm cover and frame single seal pattern weighing 38 kg with C.C.topping)

Providing and fixing in position best quality Stainless Steel Sinks with Complete fittings as fully described in item No. 30.51. (HSR 30.53 (a) 600 mm x 450 mm x 200 mm.

Providing and fixing 40 mm I/D Stainless Steel waste pipe embedded in walls or lead waste pipe weighing 4.46 Kg./metre and 3.0 mm thick upto floor level as required by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of union and plumber joint. (HSR 30.62)

Providing and fixing 40 mm i/d chromium plated brass trap with chromium plated bra pipe to wall with wall flange, complete (as per requirement of the Engineer-in-charge) for use with sinks. (HSR 30.63 (a) with Bottle Trap (indian make).

Providing and fixing in position super quality 65 mm i/d opening C.P brass dome type hinged grating weighing about 750 gms fixed in cement mortar 1:2 complete in all respects (as required by the Engineer-in-charge). [HSR 30.74].

Providing and fixing HCI floor traps ISI marked of the self cleaning design with C.P brass hinged grating with frame with or without vent arm and including cement concrete 1:2:4 under and around the floor trap where required upto floor level complete in all respects including cutting and making good the walls and floors etc. minimum depth of water should be 150 mm with a minimum seal of 50mm (HSR 30.89) (b) with 75 mm I/d outlet

Recovery items: The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of existing brick work, bituminous layer have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) after approval from employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. This material can be taken away by the agency at the price quoted by the agency but minimum price to be quoted is limited to reserve price as fixed and mentioned as under :- i) Good Bricks @ Rs. 4.50/ each

ii) Bricks Bats @ Rs. 500/- P. Cum Note: All quantities of the above materials have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this road. However, agency may visit site before quoting rates and assess the extent of retrieved material. There shall be no measurement after actual dismantling and if material after dismantling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of quoted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The reserve rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below the reserve price will be entertained and reserve price will be considered for all purposes in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price.
