Dismantling the old & burnt MCCB of various rating complete including its cradle after disconnecting the joints. and mounting connections after discharging the main ACB & further MCCB in proper shut down condition of the LT. panel with all tools, men power etc.

Supply & fixing the new 300 Amp MCCB, 3 Pole including supply and fixing of MS Angle base support/ frame of suitable size for mounting the MCCB with supply of material and complete work as required for mounting and fixing as required with all tools., men power etc.

Dismantling the old door of the MCCB chamber and fabrication and fixing of the new door fabricated in CRCA Sheet complete of suitable size and with suitable cutout for proper operation of the new MCCB complete duly painted through powder coating and with complete other accessories like locks, hinges etc. as per required at site.

Providing & fixing the new 160 Amp MCCB, 3 Pole including supply and fixing of MS Angle base support / frame of suitable size for mounting the MCCB with supply of material and complete work as required for mounting and fixing as required with all tools, men power etc.

Supply and fixing of digital type ampere meter of size 96x96 with LED type seven segment display.

Supply and fixing of CT for digital type ampere meter connection with each phase.

Supply and installation of R, Y, B LED type 22.5 mm LED indicator.

Dismantling the existing & old bus bars. connections of MCCBs & Supply and fixing of bus bar lengths in aluminium construction of suitable cross section/ measurement with bending/ shaping as required for retrofitting of MCCB and making the bus bar joints of the new MCCBs for making all the required connections of supply arrangement at both sides including bending/ cutting/ shaping of the bus bars as required. The job includes providing of nuts bolts insulators, other consumables as per site requirement.

Work of replacement of old and deteriorated bus bar of LT panel incoming connection, outgoing connection , replacement of Nut and Bolt and insulation sleeve with the help of all tools and men power to complete the work at site as per instructions of engineer in charge.

Work of providing and fixing of cable trey as per site requirement and fixing the cables in the trey, fixing the trey on the walls with the help of screws /fasters and tightening of cables laying on the ground with the help of all tools and men power to complete the work at site as per instructions of engineer in charge.

Work of racking out the ACB in complete shutdown condition from the LT panel opening its control connection etc

Work of Complete service and Overhauling of ACB installed inside the panel by cleaning its Jaw and Cradle and Arc 2 Chutes, cleaning of bus bar, work of reinsulating of the bus bar and other work like tightening of the bus bar at red hot points and checking the mechanical type interlocking arrangement between the incomer ACBs and the bus coupler ACB by the interlock kit/ key-lock system/ accessories with complete other consumables. as. required so that only two ACBs can be operated out of three at any given point of time.

Work of complete painting of the panel with one coat of primer and two coat of good quality paint using spray gun 1 and compressor with the help of all tools and men power to complete the work at site as per instructions of engineer in charge.

Work of Testing & Commissioning of the complete panel after installation of the new MCCB and bus bars etc as per 1 load requirement and testing of operations /bus coupling operations. Testing of the tripping of the MCCB and checking the current at the time of tripping.
