SCHEDULE 'A' (PART-II ) Internal Electrification SW Bk and X Ray room M/L for wiring with light/fan point with 45 sq mm FR, PVC insulated coper conductor single core cable in surface/successed medium class PVC conductor with piano type switch, pehnolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S base and earthing the point with 2.5 Sqmm. FR PVC insulated copper condutor single core cable etc as required at site/ as directed by EIC.

Supplying and fixing of metal box of 150mm x 75mm x 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size mcl providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps socket outlet and 5/6 amps piano type switch, conncetion, painting etc as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mm x 100mm x 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolie laminated sheet core in iron mcl providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps socket outlet and 15/16 amps piano type switch, connection pointing etc as required.

M/L for incoming for light/power plug with 2x4 sqmm FR pvc insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class pvc conductor along with 1 Nos 4 sqmm FR pvc insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop casthing as required.

M/L for installation, testing and commissioning of pvc wired, flouroscent fitting/compact flourescent fitting of all types, with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling/wall including connection with 1.5 sqmm FR pvc insulated copper conductor single core cable and casthing etc as reqd.

Supply only 1x160w plourescent tube light fitting with tube rod complete set.

Supply only 1200mm sweep ceiling fan with regulated complete.

Supply and fixing metal box of 75mmx 75mm x 60mm deep on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolie laminated sheet cores in front mcl painting etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 40mm dia GI pipe (medium class) in pole collar for cable entry incl bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required at site (for house service bracket)

Supply and fixing 6 sqmm FR pvc insulated copper conductor, single core cable as service connection.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600mm x 8mm thick incl accessories and providing necessary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering the pipe of 2.7 mm long pipe etc with charcoal/coke and salt etc as required/ directed by EIC
