Clearing Scrub jungles including and removing from site, disposal by burying or burning etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning including all labourcharges.etc. complete.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Construction of embankment using tractor with grader with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (Filling with Cut Earth)

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for base-course and side berms.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Providing and laying Bituminious Macadam with hot Mix Plant Using Crushed stone Aggregates of Grading as Per Table 500.4 Premixed with Bituminous binder transforted to Ste Upto lead of 1000m laid over a Prevousely prepared surface with Paver finishes to the Required grade level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification clause 504

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher, vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost for carriageway width of 3.00m & 3.75m
