Demolition of brick work of any description built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches but excluding pre-cast articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition concrete of any description and in any position not other wise described provided for complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge n. exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 using (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching and surface channel of drain complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement including using extra cement including forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct in item No. 12 above for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm ditto

M & L for providing pre-cast cement concrete cover slabs (for drain/ man holes etc) and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Demolition and breaking up unserviceable reinforced concrete pipes any size set in cement mortar including hunching concrete against the side of concrete pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 300mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 450mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 600mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with theincluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:11/2:3 using (20mm graded aggregates) foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall or concrete surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including one coat of birla white complete all as specified and directed.
