Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and dircted.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick (10+5mm) in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions in top layer, complete all as specified and dircted. (Note : WPC will be measured & paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed (Make : CICO No 1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF/Dr. FIXIT)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
