Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sq. M and depth exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100 mm

Screening road metal chippings etc on the site of work when specially ordered including removing screened material clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measurements

M&L for 100 mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of grading 3 (90 to 40 mm size), with Granite, trap, or Basalt spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 above but except materials

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc

All as per item No 5 above but unsurfaced water bound macadam

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of any penetration at 5 Kg Per 10 Sqm

All as per item No 7 above but @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm

M&L for bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repairs to potholes any depth not exceeding 1 Sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 Sq m. putting putting in prefixed bituminous macadam well rammed and seated with winder 9.80 Kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3 mm size and again well rammed including supply of premixed macadam and binder and chipping depth of pot holes exc 30mm

M&L Continous brick edging with width equal to the width of the brick laid dry on end vertically incl dismantling existing brick edging

M&L for applying 2.0 mm thick retro reflective thermoplastic road marking strip of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic material applicator machine filled with profile shoe glass beads dispensers propane tank complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs for Cat eye two way reflective of size 100x100x18.5 mm with PVC body with reflective panels Amber/Red/White the help of adhesive and screws complete all as specified and as directed. Make- DARK EYE (Model DA-978)

S&F in repairs for Solar stud dimensions: 125x125x22mm. Made from aluminium alloy and PC construction. Solar powered by monocrystal solar panel, Type of battery: One high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery. View distance: Approximate 1000 mtrs, LEDs- 10mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness of different colours. Back up : 12 hours of continuous lighting at night. Can be mounted on concrete or muddy ground. Water proof & hardness tested. Available in Red & Amber colours. Make- DARK EYE Code-DA 110 (DHRUV) or equivalent

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates shall deemed to include the cost of form work shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
