Preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. completge all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

M&L for 30mm thick (consoildated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5 % binder content (VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix, laid with self propelling mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller over and incl a tack coat of bitumen primer (VG-10)@ 5 Kg/10Sqm on existing black top surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

M&L for laying bituminous macadam (compacted thickness 75mm or less) using 4 % binder conents (VG-30 Grade) by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller including scarfying of road complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

M & L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road / pavement and like using thermoplastic road marking (White/Yellow) paint with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement up to 160 degree Centigrade complete All as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Shivalic, Kothari, Jyanti, Swastic.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction completge all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

S & F in replacement solar panel stud aluminium alloy and poly carbonate of size 125 x 125mm x 25mm made from aluminium alloy and construction powered by mono crystal solar panel with high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery having view distance 1000m LED -010mm, 6 pieces for high brightness, 12 hours of continuous lighting at night complete all as std and directed by Engr- in -charge. Make: Model Dhruv-DA-110of Sinor Infrastructure or equivalent model of dark complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

S&F in replacement Cat eyes of size 75mm X 75mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads / on path / on kerb stone / on pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow / black in colour or any colour as directed by Engr- in- Charge including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 completge all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement plastic speed breaker of size 250 mm x 750 mm and height should be 75 mm fixed with 6 Nos metallic bolts having 112 tone capacity model No DA 1006 for installation on read made out of highest quality HDPE (High density polyethelene) It should be UV stabilised so it does not fade in sunlight. four highly reflective reflectors should be moulded in PMMA material are welded with PE base plate through ultrasonic weldin process and then fixed on the speed bump so that dust and water can not touch the reflector's inside area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge __________________________________________________________________________ Note : A sum of Rs. 12350.00 will be deducted on account of credit for taken down material.
