REPAIR MAINTENANCE OVERHAULING OF CEILING FAN EXHAUST FANS OF TECH AREA AT 402 AF STN CHAKERI KANPUR

Taing down carefully Ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep any size any capacity any sweep including dismentling of blade down rod fan for recognised defects at site or deposit to store complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) refixing and reconnection etc of ceiling fan due painting /over hauling etc shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Any damage or loss of fan during taking down shall be made good by the contractor at the own cost

Opening up of ceiling fan for examination joint inspection preparation of inventry of each fan assessing listing nature and details for repair /overhauling /providing new lubricating, grease in bearing/bushes, re-assembling, commissioning and testing complete providing nuts, bolts, locking bolts, blades screws, split pin, rubber real, PVC connector, washers whereas Upto 4 Meters height complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All major rerpair such as replacement of Bush, bearing , condensor, shaft, connection wire , winding & painting will be measured & paidunder resepctive items.

Refixing and testing ceiling fan any size 1200/1400 mm size in position etc excluding Provision of cable from Ceiling fan to Ceiling Rose PVC flexible three core cable of size 23/0.0076 copper conductor ISI marked white in colour complete all as specified and directed Note : cable will be measured and paid separately

S&F in replacement PVC insulated three core wire copper conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 0.5Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Replacement of ball bearing (No 6201, 6202 & 6203) suitable for Ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm suitable as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing of burnt winding from ceiling fan stator of size 1200mm/1400mm sweep and rewinding the same with equal gauge of super enameled copper winding wire, insulating paper, varnishing and testing complete incl transportation to contractor's work shop and bringing back to store and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scraping all foreign materials with emery paper, cleaning the body, blades, legs, frame and down rod (preparatory work) for painting ceiling fan and painting with one coat of supper enameled white paint (spray paint)/grey paint and writing of MES No. with capital letter of size 20 mm height and 03 mm width with synthetic enameled black paint for Ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Replacement of gun metal bush suitable for ceiling fan as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing condenser with PVC clamp for 4 mfd complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing condenser with PVC clamp for 6 mfd complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix PVC canopy of 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the ceiling fan, remove the down rod, Material and Labour for provisioning of new down rod made out of GI tubing medium grade cutting, threaded and holes drilled both ends (dual arrangement), making holes – 02 Nos, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel white colour paint, fixing the down rod to the fan and re-hanging the fan complete including their electric connections complete all as specified and directed. Note- GI tubing will be measured and paid separately under S&F item here-in-after.

S& F GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade ISI marked for fixing in item Serial No 13 above complete all as specified and directed.

S& F GI tubing 40 mm bore medium grade ISI marked for fixing on walls including PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate block 230x230x150 mm for grouting ends of pipe & all fittings for hanging of Ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fan hook made out of MS flat 50x6 mm suitably shaped to mount on 40 mm dia GI pipe including welded MS bar 10 mm dia half round shaped & necessary nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of celing fan shaft complete of size & quality as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of U/S stator block made of laminated sheets of size and quality as per existingcomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Outer cover as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F electronic socket size, rotary, 5 speed step type regulator, 120-230 V white finish complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fan blade set (set of three) made out of aluminium sutaible for 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan, as per exisitng size and guage complete all as specified and directed. Make : As per sample

Disconnecting & Taking down Exhaust fan/wall fan/Pedestal fan/ air circulator any make any size from any position at site transporating to MES store Yard & dismantling blades opening the stator and rotor of fan and providing new lubricating, grease in bearing/bushes, reassembling incl providing nuts, bolts, locking bolts, blades screws, split pin, rubber reel, PVC connector, rubber pad, washers whereas required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All major rerpair such as replacement of Bush, bearing , condensor, shaft, connection wire, winding & painting will be measured & paid separately under supply only items here-in-after

Refixing and testing Exhaust fan/wall fan/Pedestal fan/ air circulator any make any size from any position at site in position etc including Provision of cable from Ceiling fan to Ceiling Rose PVC flexible three core cable of size 23/0.0076 copper conductor ISI Mar white in colour complete all as specified and directed.
