Providing and fixing pine wooden panel ceiling/wall lining with tongued and grooved jointing and wood screw/nails (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing wood work in frames of false ceiling/wall lining partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 19mm thick (Nineteen) milimetre thick commercial board water proof on frames of false ceiling/wall lining partitions etc including fixing with nickel plated piano hinges with screw etc. complete in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Polishing two coats with french spirit polish on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Removing old paint or polish from wood and wood based surfaces with paint remover of approved brands and manufacture and making the surface even with paint remover of approved brands in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces with readymixed paint brushing to give an shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foregin matter sand papering and stopping in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Distempring (Two coats) with oil bond washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade cover and including a primer coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foregin matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papred smooth in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.
