supply and laying of 125 micron thick impermeable plastic sheet of approved quality of make IPCL, Shivalik or equivalent make, over the surface of DLC complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated ready mixed cement concrete (R.M.C.) of grade M-40 with cement content not less then 420 kg / Cum imparting minium compressive strength of 40 Mpa at 28 days. For laying on road including the cost of admixture in recommended proportions (as per IS 9103) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability and including pumping concrete with pumps if required. The Ready Mix Concrete is to be procured from plants of A.C.C, Ultratech & Lafarge as approved by Engineer in charge at Delhi or Gurgaon. The finishing of the laid cement concrete with the surface vibrator and mechanical trowel including cost of safe in arrangement and chowkidar etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Cutting of contraction/transverse/Longitudinal joints 6mm width & 7mm depth of CC pavement & Filling the same with bitumen filler complete in all respect.
Making of rough surface.
Rasing of Manhole cover with frame complete in all respect.
P&F of SFRC road gully frame with cover with frame complete. Size 610 mm x 457 mm
providing and laying of Granular Sub-Base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, conforming to Grading-I (Table 400-2), as per Technical Specification Clause 401
Providing, laying spreading and compacting hand broken/crushed stone aggregates Wet Mix Macadam confirming to IS specifications.
Providing tack coat on existing black surface with 50 Kg Bitumen 100 sqm with Vg-10.

Providing Tack coat on existing Black Surface with 30kg. Bitumen 100 Sq Mtr. With vg-10 grade
Providing & Laying 40 mm thick compacted Bituminous Concrete (BC) in one layer with 100-120 TPH batch/ drum type hot mix plant and with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause No. 507 MoRT&H specification (5th Revision) 2013 for road and bridge works (5th Revision)2013 using minimum 5.4% (upto 30 mm thick) to bitumen grade VG-30 as binder content by weight of total mix, complete in all respects including cost of bitumen instruction issued from time to time by MoRT&H regarding machinery & bitumen will be followed strictly. The use of self propelled mechanical paver fitted with electronic sensor device conforming to MoRT&H specification in mandatory.
Priming coat as per MortH & H specifications for road and bridge work 2013 table 500-1 over prepared surface of granullar base using slow setting emulsion complying with IS:8887 for low porosity surface using pressure sprayers after brushing and cleaning of road surface including loading, unloading stacking, cost of all material, laboures etc. complete with all leads and lifts as per clause 502 of section 500 of Morth&H specification for road and briges work 201 (Fifth Revision) complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge:Primer Coat
