Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg. ( zero point eight five kilogram) per Square Metre of road surface using mechanical means / bitumen emulsion pressure distributor complete as per MORT&H Specification Clause 502 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 25 mm ( Twenty five millimetre) thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum ( point zero zero five cubic metre) per 10 sqm (ten Square metre) and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm( ten centimetre) center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1000C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm ( one millimetre to four millimetre )over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515.including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are including octroi , royality ,malkhana ,toll tax ,GST ot other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats including prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand Nerolac, berger ,Asian paint on concrete /steel surface after through after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1701 including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are including octroi , royality ,malkhana ,toll tax ,GST ot other taxes imposed by the Government.
