Material & Labour for complete leak testing the entire Package AC plant system consisting of 39 TR capacity consisting of variour makes for compressors, condensors, evaprators, with connected chilled/gas piping, expansion valves and all accessories complete with Nitrogen gas, locating leaks positions, rectifing the leaks and flushing out the complete system including pressure testing and holding the pressure for 48 Hrs for observation for any pressure drop in the system and rectifying complete and filling the regrigrent gas to desired pressure and testing complete all as directed by the Engr in charge.

Supply only Refrigerant gas 'R- 134' in manufacturer's sealed cylinder. [Make: Floron/ Mafron/ Retron] [Note:- (i) Empty cylinder will be returned to contractor on completion of work (ii) Net weight of refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid.

M&L for repair to AHU 39 TR including change of air cleaner filter including painting the entire unit complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour M&L for duct insulation by pasting the thermocool of 1 inch thickness by adhessive putting PUF of 3 inch thickness, and wire netting of galvanised steel wire of 1.40mm dia fixed with inned tacks or wire staplea, size of mesh 1 mm wraping around the duct and rendering in cement 1:4,15mm thick over the chicken wire mesh, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge with following:- (i) Cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free from miliscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (ii) Applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (iii) Sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including aluminium foil tape 50mm wide to make the insulation leak proof. (iv) Securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12mm/ 50mm at maximum intervals of 1.2m

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including trimming of sides, for laying of cables & foundation of poles, stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable/serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable covers from excavated trench all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover kept in safe custody for reuse at site and unserviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover through in low lying area.

Laying only old reinforced PCC cable cover of any size as retrieved from serial item No- 04 above, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable protection cover LV class type - I with size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid across the cable (i.e. width of cover along the length of cable) for UG cable protection on the top of the sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 10cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as directed and sand cover to UG cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old LT under ground cable from trenches / floor / road / wall / pipe / pole of any size and description incl joint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 10 sq mm 2 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I), suitable for earthed system, laid in duct/trench/along pole/wall etc including nuts, bolts, washers, saddles & screws etc and making connection, complete all as directed. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

S&F of galvanized iron pipe of 50 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint, complete all as specified and directed.
