112mm thick 1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar including racking out joints…………. Floor levels. In cement moratr in prop.1:5

18 mm thick Makrana white marble stone tiles of size 600mm x 450mm in flooring including risers and treads of steps, skirting, nosing of treads, dado, walls, pillars laid with 10 mm thick base of cement plaster in prop.1:3 ( I cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing and polishing complete with marble tiles of specified quality and shade at all levels.(For using Makrana slab, prior permission should be taken from The Chief Engineer, PWD(Bldg.) and rate should be approved before use)

Extra for Granite finish in marble slab / tiles at all levels.

15mm thick cement plaster on fair side of wall for interior plastering including arises, internal rounded angles and finished even and smooth including curing complete. In prop.1:4

15mm thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick including arises, internal rounded angles and finished even and smooth including curing complete. In prop.1:5

Pointing on brick work with cement mortar including curing complete as directed.(Measurement shall be taken on surface area of the wall). Cement mortar prop. 1:4 Raised and Cut pointing

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand on new walls (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly broomuing the surfaces, cleaning all dirts, dust etc.

Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate) (Upto 1st floor level) Other ISI approved TMT reinforcement bar (SAI/BISCON/THERMAX) (For Assam Type Bldg., drain works,,retaining wall&boundary wall etc.

Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. (i) Foundation, footings, base of columns etc. Using 25mm thick plank

(ii) Sides of tie beam, plinth beams etc. Using 25mm thick plank

(iii) Columns, pillars, posts etc. Using 25mm thick plank

Providing, fitting and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern for windows/ clerestory/ openings with M.S. flats at required spacing and frame all round, square or round M.S. bar with round headed bolts and nuts or screws. Plain grill fixed to Brick work/ P.C.C./R.C.C..

Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface upto 100 mm in with or girth after preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steel, would scrapers and sand paper. With ready mixed "Red-Lead" primer

Painting two coats (Excluding priming coats) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of dirt, dust and other forein matters. Surfaces upto 100mm in width or girth HIGH GLOSS ( Asian/Berger/ICI/ Nerolac)

Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron with another horizontal flat at the middle, 20mm dia M.S bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to top flat and 20 mm dia M.S. bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to middle flat including drilling, welding etc. complete. All vertical bars are to be protruded at least 100mm above the middle and top flat is to be flattended and pointed as directed. Necessary locking arrangement on both faces, arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2 nos.( minium) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embeded in C.C brick pillars as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified. (Separate payment will be made for posts).

Providing rails for plying of rollers of gate made made from 50mm x 6mm size M.S. flat and to be fitted with 3 nos of hinged hold fasts to be embedded in concrete prop. 1:2:4 of 10mm wide and 75 mm deep over brick flat soling 250mm wide including curing etc. complete.

Providing roller to the gate including welding etc.complete With 25mmx50mm (dia) roller

Raising low site around the building with approved soil obtained from outside by truck carriage including breaking clods, dressing etc. complete including paying necessary forest royelty, sales tax, land compensation, municipal gate fees, if any monopoly duty etc. (profile measurement to be taken and 12.5% deduction for shrinkage to be made from total quantity) etc. complete as directed and specified. Within Guwahati city only
