Repair to 50HP/03-Cusec and 16.5 HP/2Cusec Diesel Driven Dewatering Pump Sets installed at Indra Colony Dewatering Station

A) Repairs to the 50HP engine (4 cylinders) of Diesel driven Dewatering Pump set No. 28 installed at Indra Colony Dewatering Station by way of decoupling the engine from pumping unit and then unscrewing from base frame. Dismantling canopy from engine. Dismantled the suction and delivery pipe lines from pump. Dismantling the engines at site to extract damaged parts. Cleaning/decarbonising the engine/components with recommended chemicals. Providing/fitting of bearings 2 sets, gaskets & thrust washer-4Nos, air filter, M.oil filter, fuel filters oil pipes with banjo bolts, m-oil pipes/overflow pipes, oil seal, head gaskets. Testing the engine on no load. Job includes filling of m-oil 20 ltrs and idle testing. Job further includes repair to 3-Cusec pump by way of complete dismantling of pump by extracting the pump shaft, bearings, and impeller. Repair to impeller by way of brazing of pitted vanes, turning and finishing. Repair to pump shaft by way of welding, turning, grinding and finishing to required bearing size . P/f of gland bush-1no,sleeve 1no. P/F of bearing-2 nos. gland plate set-1 no. Reassembling the pump by P/F of new gasket, nuts and bolts, gland packing & greasing the bearing properly, then shifting back the repaired pump to the station and fitting it on the base frame. Refitting the repaired pump at its installed position by p/f of nuts & bolts, refitting of suction and delivery line by providing and fitting of rubber sheet joint, nuts and bolts required. .Repair to 250 mm dia foot valve by way of providing and fitting of new foot valve plate, hinge pin, rubber sheet, nuts and bolts, fitting the foot valve with suction pipe. Job includes also making of an arrangement for priming of 50HP pumping unit by providing/fitting of 50 mm dia. G.I. pipe, bends, nipples, ball valve, socket as per site requirement with proper welding with superior quality welding electrodes. Job includes painting of 50HP pumping unit,16.5HP pumping unit and priming line of 50 HP pumping unit with superior quality paint. Complete job incl. cost of spares, material, welding, painting charges labour and carriage charges (to& fro) and hire charges of, tools and tackles. Complete Job inclusive of all taxes. B) Repairs to the 16.5HP diesel driven engine and pump set No 13 installed at Indra Coloney D/w station, by way of decoupling the engine from pumping unit and then unscrewing from base frame. Dismantling of pump from installed position and dismantling of suction & delivery bends with the help of tripods, chain pulley block & manual labour. Dragging the engines and pump to road side for loading with the help of temp. , tools & tackle and manual labours. Loading in Mech. Tpt. and shifting to work shop for necessary repairs.. Dismantling the engines at workshop to extract parts. Cleaning/decarbonising the engine/components with recommended chemicals and grinding of crank shafts up to its optimum finished level. P/F of liners, CR bushes, piston, gaskets 2 sets each, thrust washer, air filter, m.oil filter. Adjustment to tappets assembly. Complete repairs and calibration of fuel pump by dismantling and then P/f of new parts i.e injector nozzles, plungers, springs, lock sets etc. Also P/f governing sets then calibrating the pumps on calibration bench and fitting with engines, testing the engines on no load. Job includes filling of engine oil 8ltrs and idle testing for 6hrs its fuel charges .Job further includes repair to 2 Cusec Pump of Indra Colony D/w stations by way of completely dismantling the pumps at workshop by extracting the shafts, bearings, and impellers. Repair to impellers by brazing & turning & finishing. P/F of bearing-02 Nos ., gland bush-01 no, repair to pump shaft by way of welding ,turning. Grinding and finishing to required size, new sleeve, lock nut, keyway reassembling the pump unit by p/f of new gaskets, nuts bolts, gland packing and greasing the bearing properly. Then back shifting the repaired engine and pump to the sites and fitting on the base frame, repair to the foot valve and cleaning of the strainer. Complete job incl. cost of spares, labour and carriage charges (to and fro).Skilled/semi skilled labour charges, hire charges for tools and tackles required for the job. Complete job inclusive of all taxes.
