Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles built in cement mortor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed brought upto courses well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.2 here-in-before but except stone.

Racking out joints/ pointing to square rubble masonary coursed or uncoursed and brought up to course work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for keyed pointing to random rubble masonry brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved or plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc., including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of colour wash etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete louvres and jallies type B0 1:2:4 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate), 60mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of wall and the like including weathering slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exc 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for mild steel framed work such as grills, angles, guard bars etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars and similar work confirming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width (or) girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs galvanised iron, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and pran of glavanished mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc., (each line of wire to be masured) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 600/ 610mm dia punched type concertina coil as per IS-4454 with galvanised coating and punched tape material as per IS:513 deep drawn quality with galvanised coating having medium barbs (barbs length: 24+1mm, pitch between two barbs 35+1mm) fixed in position and secured to both sides of shaped angle iron post, having minimum weight of 8Kg (+) or (-) 5% per coil streched to a length 5 to 6m to achieve 600 /610mm dia, as in fencing to steel posts and to another coil/ MS nibs including fixing with special galvanised fasterners such as J clips, C clips, U clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: After streching the coil, the length of the compound wall on which it has been streched shall be considered for measurement.

Supply and fix in repairs 1050mm dia razor blade galvanised barbed concertina coil having minimum weight of 15 Kg (+) or (-) 5% per coil of 2.6mm dia wire streched to a length of 6m to 8m as in fencing to steel posts and to another coil/ MS nibs including fixing with special galvanised fasterners such as J clips, C clips, U clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: After streching the coil, the length of the compound wall on which it has been streched shall be considered for measurement.

Cutting the bushes, weed, trees and stems of trees including cutting down trees upto 30cm girth and disposal of rubbish material to a distance not exc 50m from site and clear for access the compound/ grill fencing, wall (1m both side of compound) for compound grill/ fencing repair etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, any pattern roof covering including removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
