Construction of Culverts

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 mtr. and initial lift of 2 mtr. in hard stiff clay stiff back cotton hard red earth, shales murrom and gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small sized boulders SS 20B etc., complete as per Standard Sepcification.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8(one part of cement four part of M sand and eight part of aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials including labour charges for mixing laying curing watering etc.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffits including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ). Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement two sand four course aggregate) using 20mm HBG metal from approved quarry. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance and loading unloading charges etc. complete as per Standard specification.

Reinforce cement Concrete in 1:1½;3 mix using 20mmISS gauge HBG metal including all cost and conveyance materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification.

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.
