Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.5 Cum and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc. 25 cm, watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50 m and making good surface in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 with using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bands etc like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered throating as directed incl form work (straight or curved) and finish all exposed surface facing of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Providing laying heavy duty precast ISI marked RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in precast drain/ manhole cover slab,chullah hoods, chajjas and other similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work and fixed to drain size spd by Engr-In-Charge complete all as specified and as directed

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; including all necessary drilling, welding, bolting or riveting, etc., conforming to Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) complete all as specified and directed by Enge in charge.

S&F Expanded metal weight N exc 4 kg per sqm cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed by Enge in charge.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples of old serviceable barbed wire in position.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made Sucer drain/kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing and laying ISI marked 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels , roof etc in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for kayed pointing to brick walls/roof in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparaition of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Demolation of brick work built in cement mortar cement lime mortar

Demolition concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposal of the rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plastering on fair faces in cm 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces fair finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement but with using water proofing compound including taking down Complete all as spc upto and including height 25 mtr

Prepration of un decorated/newly plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down and Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.Complete all as spc upto height 7.5 mtr

M&L for ISI marked reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2 ,300 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars including concrete bed of cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F chain link MS galvanised fencing made of (3.98 to 4.00mm )thick (08 Guage) galvanised wire and the length of side of mesh of (50 to 56.50mm) (Gap) weight of chain link fence (exc 4 Kg/Sqm) complete fixed to the fencing posts as indicated or as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
