PART - A : CIVIL ITEMS Earthwork in open/ Surface Excavation not exceeding 300mm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan in all types of soil, mixture of gravel and disintegrated rock, hard stiff clay including grading and levelling neatly by breaking clods, disposal of excavated earth upto 50m lead & lift upto 1.5m, (Disposed soil to be levelled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed) etc., all complete as per specifications.

Excavating trenches of required width by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means for pipes, cables etc., for depth upto 1.5m in all kinds of soil including excavation for sockets, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, getting out the excavated soil and then refilling the soil as required in layers not exceeding 200mm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m, (Disposed soil to be levelled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed) etc., all complete as per specification.

Clearing heavy jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level, removal of rubbish upto a distance of 60m outside the periphery of the area cleared, cutting and stacking the useful fire wood if any within an initial lead of 100 mtrs etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Cutting and felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1m above ground level) including cutting of trunks, branches, removing the roots, stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 200m including filling the pits and depression with excavated earth, etc., all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Beyond 300mm girth upto and including 600mm girth.

Trimming of tree branches, which causing hindrance to free vehicle movement, blocking street light and touching the building etc., on road sides, avenues, streets and near buildings, including cutting the branches of trees using necessary tools, collecting, transporting and disposing them at places shown by the department using their own means of conveyance all as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Beyond 300mm upto and including 600mm Girth Trees

Providing Pre-Construction Anti-termite Treatment using Chlorpyriphos E.C 20% with 1 % concentration or other approved chemical as detailed below including cost of chemicals, labour and all other incidental charges for entire ground floor area of building and injecting termicide emulsion to the soil in contact with the foundation along the perimeter of both internal and external walls, etc., all as per IS: 6313 (Part-2). 1) Top surface of consolidated earth within plinth walls shall be treated with chemical emulsion @ 5 Ltr/Sq.m of the surface before the sand bed or sub-grade is laid. 2) Treatment along the external perimeter and internal perimeter at junction of the wall and the floor of the building shall be treated with chemical emulsion @ 7.5 Ltr/Sq.m, to facilitate this holes shall be provided @ 150mm apart upto GL for inner side and upto 300mm below GL for external perimeter. 3) The entire treatment shall be done as per the specifications and instructions of the termicide Manufacturer and as directed by the Department. 4) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of anti termite treatment. 5) Five years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the above anti-termite treatment work.

Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete using hard granite broken stone in foundations, trenches etc. including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 25mm nominal size)

Providing and laying 100mm thick Base course under the flooring with cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 using 25mm size hard broken stone including consolidation, formwork, curing etc., complete as per specifications.

Filling in depression with cement brick aggregate concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm size broken brick aggregate including compacting, curing etc., all complete upto Floor V level

Providing, erecting, placing in position and removing Formwork for all insitu concrete works at all lifts and all shapes such as circular works, chamfers, splays, etc., using Steel / Plywood shuttering including centering, scaffolding, strutting, propping with necessary bracing in all areas, fixing of EPs, cutting holes and fixing pipe sleeves, applying of approved form oil over surface in contact with concrete, de-shuttering after specified curing period, etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications. [Note : Measurement for the formwork shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Stop boards for construction joints will not be measured seperately for payment. Centering and shuttering where exceeding 3.5m height in one floor shall be measured and paid for seperately.]

Providing F3 finish over concrete surfaces in CM 1:1.5 (1 part cement :1.5 part fine sand) including wetting the surface, labours, curing, all materials, scaffolding, at all elevations all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Performed Polymer based filler boards for expansion joints in concrete structures of make Supreme of grade Capcell HD100 or other approved equivalent make having density of 100 ± 10 kg/m3 conforming to IS 1838 - Part 3 including cutting, fixing in position with suitable adhesive as per manufacturer specification, finishing the exposed surface with approved sealant, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fixing 3mm thick Anodized Aluminium Sheets (15 Micron – Matt finish) of approved pattern / shape of required width covering over expansion joints including fixing with suitable screws, rawl plugs making grooves in masonry / concrete, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, supplying and sealing the Expansion joints with Gungrade polysulphide sealant suitable for RCC construction joints of 'MASTERFLEX 700i of BASF construction chemicals make' or approved equivalent by removing the expansion joint board up to 25mm deep and cleaning the surface neatly and filling Gungrade sealant up to 25mm deep to the lines and levels, etc., all complete as per manufacturers specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete of the following grades of design mix by Weigh batching using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including cost of admixtures in recommended proportion wherever required, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, for all insitu concrete items, etc., as per drawings and specifications. Note : 1) The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items. 2) The rate of concrete shall include the cost of admixture in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3) Cement proportion for Concrete Mix shall be on the basis of weigh batching only as per design mix. 4) The cost towards any upward / downward variation required to obtain the specified strength over the minimum cement content will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in Schedule 'F'.

M 30 Grade Concrete (The Cement content considered is 370 Kg per Cu.m) - Upto FFL

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding Steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500D grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including cutting, bending, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2, etc., complete as per specifications and drawings. Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorised dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786 (Latest Edition).

Providing, hoisting and fixing in position of 50mm thickness of precast slabs in cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using hard broken stones of maximum size 20mm finished smooth of various sizes and patterns including necessary formwork and moulds, mechanical mixing, finishing the exposed surface, curing, fixing at all levels, grouting with CM / Cement grout wherever required, etc., all complete excluding cost of reinforcement which will be measured separately under relevant item as per specifications and as direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, hoisting and fixing in position 50mm thick Precast RCC jali at all lifts of approved pattern and size as per drawing with cement concrete 1:2:4 including required nominal reinforcement, curing, smooth finished surface with float coat of neat cement on all sides, fixing and jointing with CM 1:3, scaffolding etc., all complete as per drawing and specification.

Providing and laying precast slab for kerb stone using 1 : 2 : 4 cement concrete of size 500X150X50mm / 250X150X50mm (for curves only) or other apporved size with suitable interlocking arrangement and top round chamfering or any other approved shape including casting the kerb stone using approved moulds, excavation, conveying, laying the precast kerb blocks in position to the required line, level and curvature, making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), jointing/ pointing the joints with CM 1:3, refilling the sides, compacting, making drainage opening wherever required etc., all complete as per specification and as directed. (Note: Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment and precast kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts in cement mortar 1:5 using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, continuos curing for specified period, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings.

Supplying and fixing 20mm (±2mm) thick both side polished Kota Stone slabs for Shelves in Cupboard/Wardrobe/Shoe rack, etc., including fixing by cutting a chase of appropriate width with cutter and embedding the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) finished smooth, front face polishing, rounding the edges, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directied by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Kota stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections and framed work at all lifts comprising Chequered plates, MS angles, other structural steel sections, etc., of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to shape, painting exposed faces with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer / zinc phosphate primer, embedding with Cement concrete, if necessary, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings. [Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedments for fixing the steel works. ]

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of EPs, Structural Steel work and pipe sleeves etc., at all lifts comprising MS angles, MS plates, tees flats, rounds, squares, other structural steel sections, pipe sleeves and pipes of various sizes, IS channels, IS beams, square rods, etc., of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to shape, painting exposed faces with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer / zinc phosphate primer, embedding with Cement concrete, etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedments for fixing the steel works.

Providing and fixing Steel windows/ ventilators with 10mm square guard bars at equal intervals Fully glazed steel Windows, Top Hung Ventilators, etc., of make NCL-Seccolor (Ajantha) or Elixir or other approved equivalent make fabricated from roll formed sections made of Galvanized Steel Colour Coated/Powder Coated (Base Steel as per IS 513 “D” quality, Galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams/ Sq. Mtr.) with total coated thickness of 0.60 mm as detailed below:- Paint specifications:- Coated Sections shall be with Primer Coat of Epoxy Primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a Polyester Paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with Alkyd backer of 5-7 microns, or Powder Coated with pure Polyester Powder up to 50-60 microns thick. Dimensions of Sections:- Section for Shutter shall be of 46mm x 46mm and External Frame should be of 46mm x 52mm. Section for Glass Beading shall be of 18mm x 25mm and center mullion shall be of 46mm x 70mm. Fixing Details: The frame & Shutter Sections shall be cut to length and mitre joined with Corner Bracket made of CRCA electroplated. Mullion Section shall be joined with Frame/Mullion using Nylon Mullion Cap Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM) Gasket shall be used all around glass in shutter, between frame and glazed shutter and both sides of fixed glass. Accessories: SS friction hinges, Concealed tower bolts, Handle made of high grade Aluminium powder coated with nylon receiver, etc., Gaskets made of Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM). Corner brackets made of CRCA with zinc phosphating. Mullion caps made of Glass filled nylon.

Glass:- Glass shutter and fixed glass portions should be provided with a glass of 5mm Plain Float Glass of make SAINT GOBAIN or MODI GUARD or ASAHI. Window Frame should be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by using Nylon self-expanding caps and driving MS electroplated 80mm long screws into the caps through frames. Grill: Windows should be provided with Grill made of 10 mm Sq. MS Bars welded at equal intervals of not more than 150 mm center to centre to 6mm x 12mm MS flat. Total grill unit should be powder coated and fixed to window frame with screws. Windows with 10mm square guard bars at equal intervals

Louvered Ventilators/fixed glass with Guard bars

Supplying, Manufacturing and Fixing Second class Teakwood frames and architraves for frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows, cupboards, and other frames made out of 50mm thick and below of approved second class teakwood of required sizes fixed including cutting, planking, jointing, making necessary rebate / grooves for fixing door shutter, fixing in masonry with required nos. of 40x5mm flat iron MS holdfasts 200mm long and embedding in cement concrete 1:3:6 or fixed in concrete with necessary screws / fasteners as directed for various sizes of structural openings including applying anti-termite chemical over the surface in contact with masonry / concrete, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings. [Note: Rate shall be inclusive of providing required holdfasts, embedded in cement concrete, applying chemical and fixing.]

Supplying and fixing of factory made Solid WPC door frame having density of 850 - 950 Kg/Cum, water absorption less than 1% of approved make with suitable rebate for shutters including the joints shall be mitred & Jointed with self driven self tapping screws of size 75 mm x 4 mm and made by SP 5 epoxy seal and fevikwik / solvent, fixing the frame to wall with suitable dia & length anchor fastener, etc., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in position single leaf/double leaves of following thick non decorative type factory made Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) solid door shutters of approved make having density of 600 - 800 Kg/Cum, water absorption less than 1% and tensile strength greater than 12 MPa including providing aluminium lipping / Teak wood all-round if required, fixing the lipping with suitable adhesive, fixing required hardware fittings, fixing door using required screws, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. [Note: Cost of Door frame, hardware fittings and Aluminium / Teak wood lipping will be paid for separately under relevant item.]

30mm thick WPC door

Providing and fixing Wardrobe shutters of single/double leaves made out of 8mm thick Cement bonded particle board of `Bison Panel' or approved equivalent make panels with second class teak wood frame of size 40x40 mm alround with lock rail of size 40x32 mm at the centre for each leaf including making as per drawing, fixing in structural opening, etc., all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position of 10mm thick Cement bonded pre-laminated particle board of `Bison Lams' or approved equivalent make panels prelaminated with decorative lamination on both sides for door shutters, partitions, cupboard shutters, sliding shutters, etc., including cutting to required shape and size, making as per drawing with Anodized aluminium frame alround with lock rails at the centre for each leaf, fixing in structural opening, providing teakwood lipping alround for sliding shutters, etc., all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (Note:- Aluminium frame work will be paid for seperately under relevant item.)

Supplying and fixing of Ceramic steel Writing Board with four lines for cursive writing provision (Magnetic type - Dry Erase Chalk board), of approved colour and size of make Schoolneeds/ Corporate Concepts/ Alkosign or other equivalent make made from high-quality resin-coated steel sheet laminated over a 10mm thick MDF board. The board shall be framed with wrought aluminium or aluminium alloy sections as per IS:1285 and fitted with chrome-plated ABS corners. The backside shall be backed with GI steel sheets and strips conforming to IS:277. The board shall include concealed clamps on the rear for wall mounting and a chalk tray fixed at the bottom. The work shall be complete in all respects, including materials, labour, and installation, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of Ceramic steel Writing Board (Magnetic type - Dry Erase Chalk board), of approved colour and size of make Schoolneeds/ Corporate Concepts/ Alkosign or other equivalent make made from high-quality resin-coated steel sheet laminated over a 10mm thick MDF board. The board shall be framed with wrought aluminium or aluminium alloy sections as per IS:1285 and fitted with chrome-plated ABS corners. The backside shall be backed with GI steel sheets and strips conforming to IS:277. The board shall include concealed clamps on the rear for wall mounting and a chalk tray fixed at the bottom. The work shall be complete in all respects, including materials, labour, and installation, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of Notice board open type of approved size of make School needs or Corporate Concepts or Alkosign made from high quality 10mm thick soft board covered with colour (Blue / Maroon) blazer cloth and framed with 25mm thick double sided curved heavy anodized aluminium sections and Chromium plated plastic corners including backed with PVC sheet, providing concealed clamps at the back side for wall mounting, etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Sliding glass door Notice board of approved size of make Schoolneeds or Corporate Concepts or Alkosign made up of anodized aluminium frame work along with 5mm thick clear float glass of SAINT GOBAIN or MODI GUARD or ASAHI of approved make for sliding door including providing sliding arrangement, star locks, 12mm thick soft board covered with colour (blue / maroon) blazer / flannel cloth backed with PVC sheet, providing clamps at the back side for wall mounting, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing in position of 5mm thickness Tinted glass of approved colour of "Saint Gobain" or approved equivalent make for doors, partition, windows, fixed glazing, louvers, etc., including fixing with putty, TW beading, Neoprene gasket, etc., all complete as per drawing and specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position of single glazing using 5mm thick toughened glass with Solar Heat Gain Coefficient of 0.7 and Visual Transmittance 0.58 (as per ECBC) fixed in the metal frames of make Saint Gobain (ST167 Sparkling Ice Toughened Glass) or approved equivalent make for doors, partition, windows, fixed glazing, louvers, etc., including fixing with neoprene gasket etc., all complete as per drawing and specifications.

Providing and fixing of 6mm thick wired glass securely mounted over a Mild Steel angle frame, including supply of glass in circular (or) square shape with polished edges, all tools, materials, labor, scaffolding required for the job, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1) The glass shall be set firmly over the MS angle frame using appropriate fixing materials such as glazing clips, sealant, Neoprene gasget or putty to ensure stability, safety and weather resistance. 2) The MS angle frame shall be properly fabricated, aligned, and anchored in position prior to glass installation. 3) Structural steel, including fabrication and installation of the MS angle frame, shall be measured and paid for separately under the relevant item.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of 40mm thick pressed Steel Flush Door of make STEELTECH or SIGNUM or TATA PRAVESH or NCL Seccolor or other approved equivalent make having outer door frame of size 105x60mm (Single Rebate) and steel flush door as detailed below including fabricating the frame, door shutter, providing thermal barrier between sheet, filling the hollow portion of the door with honeycomb/Solid Polyurethene foam, providing vision panel of size 200x300mm with 5mm thick clear toughned glass of approved pattern, fixing the door with required hardware fitting of make Dorma or other approved make, fixing the door assembly with necessary hold fast / anchor fasteners as per site condition, filling the hollow of door frame and hold fast pocket with CC 1:2:4 using 12mm downgraded stone aggregate which will be paid for separately under relevant item., etc., all complete as per drawing, manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Door Frame: - Outer door frame of size 105x60mm (Single Rebate) made from 1.2mm thick Galvanized steel sheet with Zinc coating not less than 120gm/Sqm and shall be finished with PU paint of approved colour over zinc rich epoxy primer. Provision for providing fixed glass of 300mm height at top over the door shutter shall be made as per drawing. Door Shutter :- Pressed Steel fully Flush double skin door shutter of thickness 40mm (+5mm) fabricated 0.8mm thick Galvanized steel sheet with Zinc coating not less than 120gm/Sqm with approved colour finish. Top and Lower skin joined by roll formed snap fitting groove on the style. Providing thermal barrier between sheet and filling the hollow portion of the door with solid Polyurethene foam of density not less than 40kg/m3. Providing vision panel of size 200x300mm with 5mm thick clear toughned glass of approved pattern as per drawing. The shutter shall be finished with PU paint of approved colour over zinc rich epoxy primer.

Providing and fixing metal fire rated doors for 2 hours fire rating conforming to IS:3614 (Part-II) for stability and integrity with door frames fabricated using 1.6 mm thick galvanized steel sheet formed to double rebate profile of approved size and single leaf fully flush double skin door shutters fabricated using 1.20mm thick galvanized steel sheet shell with lock seam joints at stile edges of approved thickness with resin bonded honeycomb core including providing 6mm thick 2 hr fire rated Vision Glass panels of size 200x300mm, providing fire rated hardware fitting such as SS ball bearing hinges, mortice lock, door closer, etc., of make Dorma or approved equivalent as per approved drawing, painting with Polyurethane paint over Epoxy Zinc-Phosphate primer including fixing the door frame with intumescent fire seal strip al-round the frame and fixing using corrugated “T” Anchors or with Metallic Expansion Shield with counter sunk screw, etc., all complete as per specification, drawing, test report and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position Aluminium partitions, doors, windows, ventilators, louvers, fixed glazing, sliding windows north light glazing, sliding shutter 'E' Channel, trellis, etc., using heavy duty standard anodized aluminium extruded sections, anodized aluminium sheets as per relevant IS code of "JINDAL" or approved equivalent make including pivots, approved door and window handles, door stopper, EPDM gasket, neoprene gasket lining, stainless steel screw, mastic filling, weather strips, washers, reinforcing the door shutters at top and bottom with MS rod threaded and fixed to vertical members, etc., as required and as per drawing etc., all complete at all heights and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note:- 1. Payment shall be made on the basis of weight of aluminium members/section fabricated and actually installed in position without extra allowance for wastage no extra payment shall be made for non-aluminium consumable items like screws, gasket, weather strips PVC/Neoprene lining, sliding wheels for windows, in built tower bolt, reinforcing rods, etc., 2. Glazing, particle boards, Aluminium grills, mesh etc., will be paid separately under relevant items. 3. All fittings except under Note-1 will be paid separately under relevant item and the fittings shall be of matching colour anodized aluminium sections. 4. The aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required cleat angles at no extra cost. 5. The aluminium section shall be anodized with "MATT FINISH" (15 micron thick) finishing and of approved shade/colour with the approval of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, fabricating bending and fixing the position of AISI 304 grade stainless steel section for hand railing/hanger rods made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates, etc., of required size including butt / mitre welding, grinding, buffing, polishing, making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, drilling holes in floor/walls embedding/ grouting with suitable grouting materials, etc., all complete as per drawing and specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- 1. The stainless steel tubular pipe/ section shall conform to ASTM A554/A312. 2. All welding joint shall conform to V groove joint and joint shall be ground finish. 3. There shall not be any spatter or imperfection on the pipe and the pipe surface shall be ground and smooth. 4. External surface of SS pipe shall be buffed to mirror finish. 5. The rate shall be inclusive of providing ball joiners, flush joiners, base plate/flanges, cover plate, end caps epoxy glue, round face/square face glass connecters for fixing etched colour glass if any of required size with gaskets including curved railings where ever required cost of screws, weld etc., 6. The entire pattern of stainless steel hand railing work/pattern including fixing of etched glass, if any in the hand rail shall be got approval by Engineer in charge/Architect before execution. 7. Only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc., for payment purpose.

Supplying and fixing factory made approved PVC solid door frame and panelled PVC door shutter with furniture fittings as detailed below as per specification and as directed. i) Door Frame: The door frame shall be of factory made accucel PVC foam profile solid of size 60x30mm with suitable rebate for shutters (Profile FP-6030). The joints shall be made by SP 5 epoxy seal and fevikwik / solvent as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ii) Door Shutter: The door shutter shall be of 28mm thick factory made accucel panelled door using solid PVC frame profile with integral FP-7114 as frame and 3mm thick H.P.L (high pressure compact laminated) as in fill, including the shutter frame shall be reinforced with 39 x 19 x 0.6mm thick GI - C stiffner alround in between FP - 7114, providing telescopic polymeric L corner at four corners, providing 75 x 38 x 18mm Zinc coated MS - C clamp at lock rail joint, providing FP - 1208 beading alround the HPL infill, the joints shall be made by SP 5 epoxy seal and fevikwick, etc., as per manufacturer specification.

iii) Fittings: - The door shutter shall be fixed with the following hardware fittings. a) 4 Nos. of 75 mm long stainless steel butt hinges of approved make and bearing ISI mark with suitable stainless steel screws. b) Two numbers of 125mm long anodised aluminium D handle of approved make as per IS - 208 bearing ISI mark with suitable CP screws. c) Two numbers of 75mm long anodised aluminium baby latch type tower bolt with suitable CP screws. d) One number of 50mm long solid PVC door buffer with 75mm long CP screws. Note: 1) All furniture fittings shall be of approved quality and make. 2) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of fixing of frames with fisher screw and shutter with required hardware fittings as detailed above.

Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges (Heavy weight) of make GARG or approved equivalent make including fixing with suitable stainless steel screws, etc., complete.

Providing and fixing IS:208 marked Aluminium handles of size 125mm x 12mm dia. of make 'Classic or Crown' or approved equivalent make including anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS :1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, fixing with necessary SS screws etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and fixing of SS 316 grade door pull handles of 'D' Type of satin finish for doors of approved make for 600mm long and 25mm dia including fixing with necessary hardware fittings etc., all complete as per manufacturer specifications.

Providing and fixing ISI marked Aluminium sliding door bolts (Aldrops) of 'Classic or Crown or Global ' or approved equivalent make as per IS 2681 including anodised transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, fixing with 5 Nos of clip and staple with necessary CP screws etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of "HARDWYN" or "GODREJ" or approved equivalent make with ISI mark, pivoting and all other arrangements including cost of cutting floor, SS cover plates with brass pivots & other necessary accessories required for the work to facilitate smooth operation of the door shutter etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position of built in Mortice lock with pair of Key of "GODREJ" or approved make for aluminium doors including cutting the frame and fixing with necessary screw etc., complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, providing and placing in position of 225mm wide and 8-11mm thick flat ribbed type PVC water stop of approved make, the surface of water stoppers shall be ribbed, the outer edges shall be at the level of central bulb and free from blisters, pinholes, cracks and embedded foreign matters as per latest IS specifications including cutting, placing in position with supports, lapping etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer at site. (Note: - The Lapping shall be pasted with suitable adhesives and starched at lap ends as directed by Engineer and no extra payment shall be made for overlapping.)

Providing and laying Indian Patent Stone (IPS) flooring 40 mm thick with cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 (1 part cement : 2 parts coarse sand : 4 parts graded stone aggregate), using 20 mm and 10 mm size hard broken stone aggregates, finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including laying in panels, applying cement slurry, compacting, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, and finishing with a power trowel machine etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying 52mm thick cement concrete flooring with Hardcrete concrete hardener topping under a layer of 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) and top layer of 12mm thick Hardcrete concrete of 1:2 (1 Cement hardener mix : 2 Stone aggregate of 6mm nominal size) the cement hardener mix shall be of 2 litre per 50 Kg of cement Hardening compound of make Snowcem or approved equivalent make including applying cement slurry, ramming, finished to required level, curing, etc., all complete as per specification, manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazzo / IPS flooring using 40/20mm wide & 4mm thick glass strips including grinding the top surface smooth to match with the floor, etc., complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing 2mm thick vinyl flooring of Polyfloor/LG/ Armstorng or approved equivalent make for flooring and skirting including preparing the surface as per manufactures instruction, fixing with synthetic resin of fevicol SR 998 or approved equivalent make, finishing the surface etc., all as per manufactures instruction and as directed by Engineer - in - charge. Note: 1) The vinyl flooring materials shall be got approved by the Engineer - in - charge before making bulk order. 2) The work shall be executed with skilled manpower as per manufacturers specification.

Providing and fixing 14-16mm thick White Agaria Marble Stone slab table rubbed, exposed edges rounded and polished of required size and fixed in urinal partitions, shelves above wash basin, etc., by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) finished smooth, front face polishing, rounding the edges, etc., all complete as per specification and as directied by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Granite work of any colour and shade using gang saw cut mirror polished, (pre moulded and prepolished slab), machine cut of thickness 16-18mm for cladding / wall lining (veneer work) over 12mm thick Cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) including pointing with White cement mortar 1 : 2 (1 White cement : 2 Marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the granite/marble shade, fixing to be secured to the backing by means of suitable approved cramps, finishing the surface, curing, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: The Granite stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order.)

Note: The Granite stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order. The rates for steps shall be inclusive of providing three Nos. of 4mm grooves @ 25mm interval on all the treads from the nosing edge.

Providing and applying SBR based bond coat of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill-SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or other approved make including preparation of surfaces by scrubbing / cleaning the fungus / stains, cleaning with water, filling the cracks with approved crack filler and including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, curing, scaffolding at all lifts, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Supplying and laying of one course of Vitrified Cool Roof tiles over roof slab / sloped surface of terrace and skirting using tiles of size 300x300mm and 10mm (±10%) thickness of make SOMANY (or) JOHNSON (or) PAVIT or approved equivalent make and conforming to IS: 15622 (Group B1a (or) Group B1b) approved colour with SRI (Solar Reflectance Index) > 78, Solar reflection > 0.70 & initial remittance >0.75 laid on 20mm thick bed on Cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing admixture including removal of dead mortar from roof slab, cleaning the surface, exposing floor & wall function along parapet and column if any, sealing the floor & wall junction with water proofing mortar, laying screed concrete in CC 1:2:4 to form slope and haunch portion along parapet, if any required including laying tiles with required slope as per manufacturer specification, grouting the joints with approved tile grout, etc., all complete as per manufacturer Specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying 1st quality Rectified (Jointless) Ceramic floor tiles (Glazed or Anti-skid) of size 300 x 300 mm or more confirming to IS : 15622 of KAJARIA (Approved concept of Digital Series) or SOMANY (Digital Series - Glasstra) or JOHNSON (Approved concept of Satin & Rustic / Glossy series) or other approved make in all colours, shades in Floors laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm or by using Cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) or other approved tile adhesive including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., all complete as per specification.

Plastering the ceiling / exposed surfaces of concrete with CM 1:3; 6mm thick to make the surface uniform, free from undulations and imperfections including hacking pock marking of surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, curing at all lifts etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in­charge. Providing Rough cast plaster 19 mm thick consisting of 7 mm thick rough cast in C.M 1.3 using 6 mm and below size granite chips over 12 mm thick base coat of cement mortar 1:5 for the external faces including providing necessary grooves in plaster as per drawings scaffolding curing etc., complete all as per specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3; 20mm thick including supplying and mixing of water proofing compound of approved make at the rate of 2% (Two percent) by weight of cement or as specified by manufacturer including finishing smooth with a floating coat of neat cement, scaffolding, curing, etc., all complete at all lifts as per specification. Providing Raised Cement Mortar bands with plain cement mortar 1:3 for elevational purpose over parapet, sunshade, RCC drop, etc., at all levels including hacking pock marking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary, etc., all complete as per drawing & specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note : Rate shall be quoted for 1 mtr long and 1 cm wide band. Length will be measured in running metres, width of the band will be measured in CM and the quantity shall be calculated in metre-cm units)

12mm thick 100mm depth Raised Cement Mortar bands

Supplying and fixing in position of Alkali resistance Glass fibre mesh (4-5mm square aperture with 145 gsm) over the joints of RCC and Brick work with cement paste before plastering as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing water proofing treatment at sunken portion of toilet, utility, bathroom etc,. with two coat of two component highly flexible polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating of make FAB chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic) or equivalent including preparation of surface free from dust/oil/grease, sealing the UPVC sleeve pipes using non shrink grout mortar over bonding coat using SBR chemicals and sealing the joints with polyester fleece along the periphery of UPVC pipes, appling two coat of water proofing etc,. all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Surface preparation: The surface to receive water proof treatment shall be cleaned to make sure that the surface free from dust, dirt, laitance, debris, loose mortars, oil particles etc., which may negatively affect the adhesion of water proof treatment with mother concrete surface. Sealing bore hole gap around the sleeve pipes: The gap around the pipe shall be filled with non shrink grout mortar of make FAB chemicals (Mixgrout NS) or equivalent and providing necessary slurry tight form work to enveloping the pipe with a bead of 6 to 8mm and 5mm above the surface level along with a sealer coat of make FAB chemical (Mixprime AC100) or equivalent and seal with saturated polyester fleece all along the periphery of pipes. Water proof treatment: Providing and applying two coats of two component Highly elastomeric flexible polymer modified cementitious cold applied water proof coating of make FAB chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic) over the prepared surface to cover complete area, finishing etc. Extend the coating up to a minimum of 300mm height to the adjoining wall as per manufacturer specification.

(Note:- 1) All the sunken portion shall be tested for the water leaking before and after treatment by filling with water for 24hours and grouting shall be carried out if any leakage found. 2) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of waterproofing treatment. 3) Five years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the workmanship and the materials provided.) 12mm thick 100mm depth Raised Cement Mortar bands

Painting all internal faces of walls / ceiling plastered surfaces with two coats of Acrylic Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces, applying the primer coat, scaffolding, etc., all complete at all lifts as per specifications.

Painting all internal faces of walls / plastered surfaces with two coats of Acrylic Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces, applying approved make wall care putty as per manufacturer specification, sanding the surface, making surface smooth without porous, applying the primer coat, scaffolding, etc., all complete at all lifts as per specifications.

Providing Painting over all exposed surfaces at all heights over rough cast plaster/plain plaster with Two Coats of premium exterior emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof exterior emulsion) / Berger (Anti dustt weather coat) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of exterior wall primer of make Asian / Berger or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces, curing, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications.

Painting over Plain Plaster at all lifts.

Painting over Roughcast Plaster at all lifts.

Painting External wall with Textured paint of approved pattern/ finish in three coats (One coat of Texture and two coats of External paint) over a coat of external primer of approved colour and texture of make "Berger (Walmasta) or Asian" (Apex Duracast) or approved equivalent make at external surface at all levels and height including preparing the base surface, sand the surface with sand paper, wash and scrub with coir/wire brush, attending to broken edges /corners or patches of plastered surface with cement grout, scaffolding, staging, painting one coat of Weather coat External primer of make Berger or other approved make, application of illusion texture using Berger- Walmasta exterior texture or other approved make, making approved patterns/designs using trowel/ roller, providing vertical/horizontal grooves if any required, painting the top surface with two coats of overcoat using weather coat exterior emulsion of make Berger (Weather coat smooth) or other approved make, cleaning the surface etc., all complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting for wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make over a coat of primer over new wood work suitably prepared for receiving the primer and paint by scraping, rubbing, applying wood filler, wood putty, making surface smooth, etc., as per specifications.

Providing and fixing in position of white glazed vitreous china ware ORISSAPAN water closet of size 580x440mm of PARRYWARE/ HINDWARE or approved equivalent make with "S" or "P" trap with all jointing materials including making holes in masonry, fixing the Orissapan, joining the pipe and trap with Lip Ring of "PRINCE" of approved make, reconstructing the same, encasing the pan and trap with brick jelly concrete 1:2:4 and back filling extra space with river sand/brick jelly concrete, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
