Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of LT UG cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. Note:- The Rate quoted deemed to including cutting and removal of PSP Sheets wherever occured during excavation and the same shall be staged at desired location as directed at site

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply , laying , testing & Commissioning UG cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm, 4 core including taking down old cable with suitable thimbles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per above item No-04 but size 25sq mm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , laying , testing & Commissioning UG cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm, 3 core, including taking down old cable with suitable thimbles from trench complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out of old UNSV PVC UG HT/LT cable of any size, fixed on pole, wall floor, trenches, road crossing etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel or concrete poles/struts any size complete.

S&F Steel tubler swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 mtr long) and duly painted with two coats anticirrosive paint internally upto planting depth, alternate black and yellow straps of synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr from ground level and remaining pole with aluminium paint including wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles/ road/ plinth blocks of LT poles etc incl fair finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE Pipe, ISI Marked IS 16205 Part-II, of outer dia of 63 mm and inner dia 50 mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable including all connected accessories like coupler, 'O' Ring etc, for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Cutting through existing road surfaces i.e. surfacing PCC soling etc, and making trench of minimum 500mm wide 100cm in depth along the cross section of road for laying of pipes or UG cables, including returning filing in, well ramming & removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50 m & repairs to road surfaces to match with existing specification after laying the pipes/cable etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for aluminium thimbles in replacement suitable for under ground LT cables size 16 Sqmm including cutting of exsting burn/ damaged cable after disconnecting from existing position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 17 but size 25 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old cement based painted surfaces of RCC pole any type by cleaning of deposited materials, and painting with one coat of exterior emulsion weather coat paint of approved make and colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for fault detection in damaged UG cables using cable fault detector/locator, to accuracy of 2m for various locations inside Air Force station for UG cables of any size including excavation & repair the damaged cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F LT cable joining kit straight through heat shrinkable complete with jointing materials suitable for LT armoured cable 4 core of size 50 to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F LT cable end joining kit heat shrinkable complete with jointing materials suitable for LT armoured cable 4 core of size 240 to 300 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of step Up/ down transformer 100 kVA to 400kVA after dismentling HT/LT side cable terminnals, earthing connections, opening top cover, taking out transformer oil, transformer core carefully, cleaning the sludge and carbon particle from main tank and conservator tank, taking out burnt HT/LT bush rods and HT/LT bushing and re-assembling, refilling the transformer oil, making electrical/earthing connections using suitable size of aluminium/copper after repair/replacement of burnt/unsv parts including testing and recommisioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The major parts required for the repair will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. The nuts, botls, washers required for repairing are deemed to be including in the quoted rates.

Gasket set 6 mm thick superior quality on top cover plate of the transformer of any capacity 100 kVA to 400 KVA all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

LT Porcelain bushing with brass stud screwed with brass nuts, bolts and cork washer for transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 400 KVA, 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

HT 11 kV porcelain bushing with brass stud screwed with brass nuts, bolts and cork washer for transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 400 KVA all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Spray painting of transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 325 KVA with two coat of heat resistance weather proof grey synthetic enamel paint after cleaning/removing dust, rust or carbon etc, including writing MES No/SM No complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply in replacement new transformer oil dielectric strength not less than 40 kV for making up the level/for replacing the used unsv oil including dehydration before filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Filtration dehydration of transformer oil as drained out from transformer to make the oil fit for re use by improving its dielectric strength to not less than 40 KV . Oil below 35 KV shall be replaced with new oil (new oil for taping/or for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Shifting of transformer /re-allignment including complete opening of HT/LT side connections with transportation charge complete.

Rewinding of transformer 100 KVA to 400 kVA complete using appropriate size of copper wound wire (HT coils), all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rewinding of transformer 100 KVA to 400 kVA complete using appropriate size of copper wound wire (LT coils), all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chare.

Taking out servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 100 to 400 KVA 3 phase 4 wire AC supply 440 V for unbalanced/balanced load oil cooled from foundation after disconnecting all electrical connections etc. Dismantling for pre inspection by lifting of assembly and repairing / replacement of worn out parts and testing after re- installatio on same foundation. Note : Parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item(s).

Taking out burnt winding alongwith allied insulation materials of transformer M&L for rewinding of main transformer of stabilizer of any capacity with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge and cleaning of rust, carbon, deposit etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chare.

Rewinding of Dimmer coil (Various) of stabilizer of any capacity with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge as per existing pattern alongwith insulating material and made the surface for suitable contact with carbon bush complete after removing existing burnt winding wire and cleaing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chare.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Dimmer stat 75 Amps oil cooled single phase complete as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of digital 3 phase Amp meter rating of 440 volt complete as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of digital 3 phase Volt meter rating of 440 Volt complete as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement, auxiliary (Pulse) transformer heavy duty suitable with the load and voltage variation for low and high voltage variation complete as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement, indicator lamp of any colour (R/Y/B) with neon lamp for showing the different phases of the stabilizer complete with wiring complete as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement, push button switch heavy duty of any colour for raising and lowering the voltage manually complete with wiring complete as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement, sensing control card (PCB) to control the voltage variation at upper and lower limit complete with wiring reqired complete as directed.

Supply and Fixing GI tubing Medium grade 80mm dia along the wall/in trenches/in duct/in culvert/road crossing and including provisioning of suitable mild steel flat iron clamps and bolts, nuts and double washers etc for holding of GI pipe alongwith poles including taking out old broken Gi pipes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead using 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required including taking down old wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Trimming of tree branches to clear the HT/LT OH lines girth span of 20 to 30 mtrs approx , of tree branches exc 25 mm and not exc 50 mm and stacking the materials where directed to a distance not exc 50 mtr and clearing the site upto entire satisfaction of Engnr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed .

Earthing complete as per electrical plate No-5 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 .(c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/Sqm. (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore medium grade and copper lugs etc all as specified. (e) 15 mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe 5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. (f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (g) Testing of earthing. Note : (a) On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (b) The contractor shall quote his rate considering taking down cost of existing unserviceable earthing.

Supply and Fixing in repair servo stabilizer relay 150 to 200 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F cable route indicator made out of 25 x 25 x 3.15 mm angle iron, 250 mm long embedded in PCC block of suitable size with moulded lettter HT CABLE or LT CABLE suitably incribed on CI circular plate 8 mm thick 100 dia complete incl neccessary PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggrregate) block of suitable size and neccessary earth work and excavation all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair any size of LT panel of panel door, hinged, nut-bolts clamp and welding and fabrication work as required including Painting of panel etc complete with two coats existing paint complete all as specified and directed

Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed .
