M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with liquid WPC @ 150 ml per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer instructions ( WPC will be measured and paid separately), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed.

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on celing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment of wall/roof projection including facia,cornices etc by scraping with mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489.2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Comany Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty . Note:- Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means). Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Removing vegetable growth/plants/shrubs (girth exc 5 cm but n.exc 30 cm),cutting in brick wall/ concrte surface upto double story building, carefully without damaging the existing soil. Vent, water supply pipe and removing roots of plants completetly and filling the gaps with cement mortar (1:4) finished with existing surface including all scaffolding ladder etc as required surface are n.exc 0.36 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
