Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.)

Water proofrng for Old and New Roof Slab :- Providing and laying waterprooflng treatment on roof slab by applying two Component, factory a designed ready to use, acrylic modified flexible,material applied with brush, roller or spray for wate proof i n g coating as per manufactlrer specificatio With following steps :-

(a)surface preparation :-Provrding and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dLrst, oil, grease including removal of existing loose paint / coating, and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air & water jet including all materials, labour, tools complete. Ponding test to be done after plugging all outlets and to be checked from sofftt to identify seepage, leakage. On identiiication of seepage, cement grouting to be done with non shrink expanding admixture of Sika lndia Pvt.Ltd. / MYK Schomberg / Dr Fixit/Fosroc or equrivallent. Providing and reparing of all corners and joinis such as those betr,veen the parapet wall and the roof slab etc shall be chamfered with '150mm X '150 mm fillet of mortar (Cement: sand - 1:4) admixed with acrylic polymer of Sika/ Fosroc/MYK Schomberg/Dr Fixit or equivalent Before chamfering a prime coat shall be given with the sl u rry ?!gc!ylic polyrner Repai rin g su rface irreg ularities, damaged concretein base slab, dead cracks if any, with an acrylic polymer modilied repair moriar ir;cluding a coat of bonding agent of the same with ceme nt slurry rncluding all rnaterial, labour, tools complete.

(b)1st Coat :- Apply 1st coat of two component acrylic modified, ready to use, llexrble cementitious material on surface saturated dry roof and inside wall of Parapet wall upto 600 mm by brush or roller. After 1st coat of application ,45 gsm oI Fibre glass cloth to lay when the first layer is still green. 1st coat should be applied @1.50 kg/SqmUcoat For the fJUrpose of n'ieasurernent tite entire treated surface will be measured."

(c) :2nd Cr:ai :-T,: apply the 2nd coat of two component acrylic modified, reatiy to-use, flexible cementttious material right angle to the '1st coat over the glass fibre liad surface. 2nd coat should be applied @0.7 kgl Sqrnt/coat. For the pltrpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be rneasurecl." Alte r three days of drying the 2nd coat, therainwater ouilets to be plugged and ponding test to be done for 48 hours to rrjerrtify se epage, leal<age from soffit and if found necessary rectification lo be plugged and ponding test to be done for 48 hours to identify seepage, leakage from soffit and if found necessary rectifcation to be done as per satrsfaction of E/C protected from damage before screed over it. (d) Protection of treated surface with PCC- The treated surface should be covered with 25mm/50mm PCC of M-20 grade(1:1.5:3) with proper slope ( '1:120) towards tlre rain outlets in alternatepanels of 2 mt x 2mt keeping 6 mrn gap betuieen the panel joint. lntegralwater proofing admixture conforming to lS 2645 @ of 100 ml per bag of of cement to be added in the scree d concrete(pard separately for thts ltems).-All corners shall be charrmfered with 150mm X 150 mm fillet. The rainwater outlets shall be just leveled with the screed concrete to ensure smooth discharge of water - the peripheral gaps between pvc pipe outlet and concrete surface slrould be packed properly with rich concrete and the peripheral mouih to be sealed with moisture insensitive epoxy putty of Sika lndia Pvt.Ltd / IVIYK Schomberg / Dr FixiUFosroc .For the purpose ofrreasurement the entire treated surface will be measured."

(e) Groove of PCC surface should be filled with Polysulphide Sealant (Paid Separately) Brand - Sika lndia Pvt Ltd / MYK Schomberg / Dr Fixit/Fosroc Warranty for Five years.

LT PANEL FOR SCHOOL BUILDING

The panel shall be provided with a thermostatically controlled heating arrangement with 1 No. 10W LED BULB to take care of high humidity conditions. Bus bar shall be suitable for 300A, 415V/50Cys/50KA TPN bus bar chamber of suitable length with (E91EWP) Electrolytic Aluminium bus bars. All bus bars and interconnections shall be of suitable size Aluminium bus bar, current density of Aluminium shall not be more than 0.8 Amps/sq.mm cross sectional area of Bus Bar with removal gland plates, cable glands, at sending and receiving ends. In Main LT Panel interconnection of MCCB with the main Bus -bar with 2.5, 4 , 6 and 10 Sq mm PVC FRLS Cu. wire. Panel Builder will provide shop drawing SLD & GA drawing along with BOM with CAT. No. of each and every components and switch gears of LT Panel for approval of Consultant. Panel Builder shall visit the site before manufacturing the Panel. Inspection of the Panel shall be carried out at Panel Builder's factory by the Consultant before final delivery for that all arrangements shall be made by the contractor.

LT PANEL FOR HOSTEL BUILDING

Supplying, designing and manufacturing in correct alignment position, effecting proper connection of all incomer and outgoing, unloading, shifting to the location, installation, commissioning and testing of LT Panel of 14 SWG CRCA sheet (2 mm) steel IP –42, dust and vermin proof, floor mounting with Base Channel size - 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm (ISMB Channel) with a proper lifting arrangement.

The cubical type LT Panel should be suitable for operation on 415V, 50Hz, 3 Ph. AC supply and fault level 36 KA with front operated construction including separate fabrication arrangement for fixing all MCCB. The sheet steel under go minimum 7 tanks treatment followed by finishing powder coating of minimum 60 micron thickness duly compartmentalized having accessories mounted inside the cubical panel, earthing with 2 Nos. earth studs. The Panel shall undergo epoxy powder coated paint, colour RAL 7035

The panel shall be provided with a thermostatically controlled heating arrangement with 1 No. 10W LED BULB to take care of high humidity conditions. A 6/16A socket as service outlet (single phase) shall be provided in one of the compartments as service outlet in the panel. Panel shall be so designed as to have minimum 10% spare feeders/space. . All cable terminations shall be from bottom/ top. The complete panel shall be fuse less type, for control circuits 2A MCB's to be used.

All openings shall be covered by soft rubber gasket, enclosure shall be galvanized. Panel shall have suitable cable entry from bottom and suitable arrangement for aluminum cables for all M.C.C.B.

The Panel Builder must be CPRI approved. Panel builder must produce test certificate for Type Tested & Short Ckt withstand capacity as per IEC-60439-II from CPRI during tendering and during inspection, panel builder must carry above test certificates.

AL. BUS BAR

Bus bar shall be suitable for 200A, 415V/50Cys/50KA TPN bus bar chamber of suitable length with (E91EWP) Electrolytic Aluminium bus bars. All bus bars and interconnections shall be of suitable size Aluminium bus bar, current density of Aluminium shall not be more than 0.8 Amps/sq.mm cross sectional area of Bus Bar with removal gland plates, cable glands, at sending and receiving ends. The interconnection of MCCB with the main Bus -bar shall be with 2.5, 4 , 6 and 10 Sq mm PVC FRLS Cu. wire. The Aluminium bus bar shall be with heat shrinkable PVC Slived Red, Yellow, Blue & Black as (RYB & N ) after temperature and in closer de-rating maximum allowable temp. of bus bar shall be 90 degree C.

Panel Builder will provide shop drawing SLD & GA drawing along with BOM with CAT. No. of each and every components and switch gears of LT Panel for approval of Consultant. Panel Builder shall visit the site before manufacturing the Panel. Inspection of the Panel shall be carried out at Panel Builder's factory by the Consultant before final delivery for that all arrangements shall be made by the contractor.

The Name Plate for each feeder must be in Anodized Aluminium Sheet.
