Cement Concrete (1:4:8) by using 40 mm size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality and form approved quarry including lowering laying concrete, watering and curing etc. complete for required levels laid in layers including cost and conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work including watering & curing, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

R.C.C. Of proportion (M-20 grade) in all floors having a minimum compressive strength (in work test)150kg.Per Cm2 in 15mm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 and 516 using 20mm and 10mm size BHG Crusher broken granitechips including hoisting lowerin;laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators watering and curing for 28 days centering shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost,coveyance,royalities and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T &P required for the work etc.complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S Roads or Tor Steel and binding wires and labour charges forbending,binding and tying the grills.

Fixing Ceramic tiles in Floors, Treads on steps & landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar [1:1] joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the Tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including rubbing and polishing etc. complete including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

Fixing Ceramic tiles in Dado, Skirting and rises of steps on 12 mm thick cement mortar [1:3] joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the Tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including rubbing and polishing etc. complete including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

Supply, fixing of RCC precast rings of 0.9 m dia, 0.3 m height, 0.050 m wall thickness in soak pit including cost of conveyance as per the direction of the engineer - in - charge.

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 m lead complete as per direction of engineer in charge

Dismantling and removing old tiled cladding from walls including racking out joints12mm deep stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 m lead complete as per direction of engineer in charge

Cutting grooves in pucca floors and walls for taking GI/PVC pipes and making good the damages as per specification complete.

Fixing Wash Down Water Closet (European type W.C pan) with integral ‘S’ or ‘P’ trap conforming to IS 2556 : Part 8-2004, to the floor with wooden plug and chromium plated screws including jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement mortar (1:1) etc all complete as per specification.(Seat and cover to be measured and paid for separately)

Fixing water closet, squatting pan (Indian type W.C pan) conforming to IS 2556 : Part 3-2004 duly embedded in cement concrete (1:4:8) using hard granite metal 4cm nominal size all complete as per specification

Fixing plastic seat and cover for wash down water closet with chromium plated brass hinges and rubber buffers all complete as per specification.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern of 10 lt capacity with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete.
