HARD STANDING FOR PARKING SPACE (ADM ACCN) FOR CAR, SCOOTER/MOTOR CYCLE AND CYCLE PART OF BUILDING WORK

Surface excavation n exec (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, including filling in soft spots, hollows and depressions etc. Which occurs during rolling (for porting coming in cutting/original ground only) to required level gradient or camber etc, including watering before or during rolling complete, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete, all as specified.

Machine Pressed Precast concrete interlocking paver block any size conforming to IS-15658-2006 os 80 mm thick M-40 grade with gray cement and pigment.

River sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in (Kerb Stone) coping, benching including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including necessary form, work complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil)n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point.
