Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoions, arches pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exec 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone surface of wall built in cement mortar including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying 2 coats of OBD over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 with WPC (@ 3%by weight of cement) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid seprately.

M&L for preparation of new surface of wall including cornices and apply two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer on old steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparatinon of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L surfaces for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc primer on wooden surface of any description n exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint on new wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in copping etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of roof treatment with APP polymeric water proofing membrane all as given below:- (a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc and removing retrieved material to a distance n.exc 500m where directed. (b) M&L for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 using 100% coarse sand on roof surface including water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384-1986 @ 0.40 Ltrs/Sqm and allow to dry. (d) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having weight 3.2 – 3.5 Kg on prepared surface as per manufactures instructions and over laps 10cm and 15cm longitudinal and transverse directions respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into grooves on vertical plane and grove sealed with cement mortar 1 :3. (e) Applying two coats aluminium paint over membrane @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof padding (approx avg 30 mm thick) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC (corrugated/semi corrugated) sheet/PGI/CGI in roof covering including ridges, valley gutters complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick Asbestos cement corrugated/semi corrugated sheet in roofs, fixed with L/J type hook or cranked hook bolt and making good to disturb surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F AC Serrated ridge two pieces adjustable 6mm thick for corrugated or semi corrugated AC sheets fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and making good to disturb surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of ceiling surface and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of putty complete all as specified and directed.
