Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetera in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work soft rock and hard rock including chiselling wedging and any other mixed variety in dry or saturated conditions upto any depth and lift including pumping and bailing out water where required including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as directed and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeters layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus un-serviceable excavated earth within all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts, disposed materials to be neatly levelled.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete mechanically 1:4:8 ( One cement : four sand : eight graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth inbreast and retaining wall etcetra including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete mechanically mixed 1:6:12 ( One cement : six sand : twelve graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with mild steel plates 3.15 mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a smooth finish including centring, shuttering, strutting, propping and centring with wooden battens and ballies fo all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Foundation Footings, basis of column etc mass concrete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M-Twenty) design mix strength of 20N/mm2( Twenty Newton per millemetre square) with minimum cement content of 340.00 kg( three hundred forty kilogram) per cubic metre mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete etcetera upto all floor levels heights including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications by the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete work below ground level upto floor all level including disposal of unserviceable materials complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (Zero point sixty millimetres) thick prepainted steel sheet roofing over steel trusses TATA/Sail Make. Prepainted single skin trapezoidal profile sheeting 0.60mm (Zero point sixty millimetre height) having 1060mm (One thousand sixty millimetres) cover width (overall width 1126mm (One thousand one hundred twenty six millimetres) 28mm (Twenty eight millimetres) crest depth at 353+2 centre to centre crest distance. There will be two ribs at the center for stiffening having depth of 2.5mm (Two point five millimetres). The main crest width at top of 25mm (Twenty five millimetres) and at the lower 81mm (Eighty one millimetres) base metal of cold rolled steel coil with zinc coating. Top coat with regular modified polyester coating of approved shade and balancing reverse coat with polyster paint. Fixing of sheet shall be with self drilling and self tapping screws of size 5.5mm (Five point five millimetres) dia 5.5mm (Five point five millimetres) length with EDPMC seal. The material supply will be accompanied by test certificate and 20 years warranty from company against corrosion fading of colour and manufacturing defects. The shade and sample of prepainted sheet shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge with all accessories as required and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge in all heights complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing MS BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2.00mm (One point sixty six to two millimetres) thick of TATA/Sail make in eaves board/ facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete upto all heights as per instruction of Engineer in Charge ( base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separtely ) including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in tubular sections (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etcetra), trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etcetera complete upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. Providing and fixing 2mm (Two millimetre) thick MS sheet for flower ornamental type for screen complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with readymixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with white enamel paint (ASAIN/NEROLAC/ICI-DULUX ) complete within all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and including all incidentals. Providing and fixing 8 mm ( Eight millimetre ) thick cement bonded particle board( BISON) sheet ceiling with butt jointing and wood screws (frame work and cover) fillets to be measured and paid for separately) complete as per instruction of Engineer in Charge in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.
