Supplying the following machinery as and when required for excavation of suitable drains & outlets and engaging the machineries at required location inside prohibited areas for discharge of rain/storm water, for removal of spillage coal, for discharge of stagnated water from plots with supply of operator,T&P, including transportation, engagement, running & hire charges of all machineries, fuel and consumable charges, gate entry fees, tollage with all taxes excluding GST etc. all complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge. N.B:(a) Payment shall be made for actual hours of engagement of following machineries based on joint signed log sheets by Deptt. & contractor with maintained by the contractor.(b) No idle charges & shifting charges of machineries from one place to another place shall not be paid.(c) Contractor must be attend the work in odd hours and emergency periods.
